ठाकुरद्वारा नगर में हनुमान जन्मोत्सव के उपलक्ष्य में विश्व हिंदू परिषद व बजरंग दल द्वारा नगर में शोभायात्रा का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें श्रद्धालुओं ने बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया।रविवार को सनातन धर्म हिन्दू इंटर कॉलेज के मैदान में विश्व हिंदू परिषद व बजरंग दल द्वारा हनुमान जन्मोत्सव के उपलक्ष्य में शोभायात्रा का आयोजन किया गया। शोभायात्रा सनातन धर्म हिंदू इंटर कॉलेज के मैदान से शुरू होकर हाइवे से होते हुए नगलिया मार्ग से बाजार से भारत चोक पर पहुचा जहाँ पर मुस्लिम राष्ट्रीय मंच के नेता डॉ आफ़ताब आलम हाशमी के नेतृत्व में मुस्लिम समुदाय के लोगो ने फूलों की वर्षा की,जिसके बाद शोभायात्रा कोतवाली रोड से होता हुए घास मंडी कमालपुरी रोड होते हुए वापस सनातन धर्म हिन्दू इंटर कॉलेज के मैदान पहुंचकर समाप्त हुई। शोभायात्रा का नगरवासियों ने स्वागत किया। शोभायात्रा में मुख्य अतिथि प्रांत मंत्री राजकमल गुप्ता रहे।शंकर राजपूत ,जिला सयोजक, पंकज चौहान प्रखण्ड अध्यक्ष ठाकुरद्वारा विश्व हिंदू परिषद ,लक्ष्य कुमार, कुलदीप, आदि मौजूद रहै व पुलिस प्रशासन भी साथ में मौजूद रहा।
