काशीपुर। कुण्डेश्वरी स्थित समर स्डटी हॉल विद्यालय मे जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के तत्वधान मे एक सेमिनार का आयोजन किया गया, जिसका शुभारंभ प्राधिकरण के पेैनल एडवोकेट उमेश जोशी, दीपक काण्डपाल एवं स्कूल की अध्यक्षा श्रीमती मुक्ता सिंह ने सयुक्त रुप से किया। सेमिनार मे कक्षा 9 से कक्षा 12 तक के बच्चो ने भाग लिया, जिसमें एसिड अटैक से सम्बंधित जानकारी दी गई।
सेमिनार में एडवोकेट उमेश जोशी ने बताया कि जिला विधि सेवा प्राधिकरण के तत्वधान मे प्रत्येक माह लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया जाता है और प्रत्येक तीन माह मे राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया जाता है। जिसमें जनहित से संबंधित मुकददमों की सुनवाई की जाती है। जैसे बिजली, बीमा, बैंक आदि से सम्बन्धित। पेैनल एडवोकेट दीपक काण्डपाल ने बताया कि हमारे देश मे वर्ष भर मे ऐसी बहुत सी घटनायें घटित होती है। एसिड अटैक से पीड़ित व्यक्ति/महिला को अनेको समस्याओं से जूझना पडता है। उन्होंने इन सब के लिए हम सब को जिम्मेदार माना। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर समय रहते हम अपराधिक प्रवृति के व्यक्ति की जानकारी पुलिस या अपने घर वालांे को दे दें तो शायद यह अपराध होने से बचाया जा सके। उन्होने बताया कि अगर किसी पर एसिड अटैक होता है तो उसके इलाज के लिए कोई भी प्राइवेट या सरकारी अस्पताल मना नही कर सकता। इतना ही नही लोक अदालत मे उस व्यक्ति महिला की सुनवाई शीघ्र अतिषीघ्र की जाती है एवं अपराधी को जल्द से जल्द सजा सुनाने का प्रावधान है। इस दौरान श्रीमती गीता, श्रीमती गायत्री गुप्ता, श्रीमती कुसुमलता, रनधीर सिंह सैेनी, जितेन्द्र कुमार, हेमा कुमारी, रजनी ने भी बच्चो को संबोधित किया। कार्यक्रम के उपरान्त जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के पेैनल एडवोकेटो एवं कानूनी सलाहकारों द्वारा विद्यालय परिसर मे पौधारोपड भी किया गया। कार्यक्रम के अंत मे स्कूल के प्रधानाचार्य अनुज भाटिया ने सभी का धन्यवाद किया। इस अवसर पर विद्यालय सचिव अनुराग कुमार सिंह, मनु अग्रवाल, राजेन्द्र फर्तियाल, नेहा कुकरेती, एकता भाटिया, तनजीम खान एवं समस्त शिक्षक शिक्षिकायें उपस्थित थे।
