हल्द्वानी। आपदा प्रभावित क्षेत्रों का सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी के साथ कुमाऊं दौरे पर आए आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत 23 अक्टूबर की रात को अचानक शहर के अस्पतालों का निरीक्षण करने पहुंच गए। उन्होंने बीमार डा. सुशीला तिवारी अस्पताल का निरीक्षण किया। खुद को सिर दर्द का मरीज बताते हुए पर्ची बनाई। करीब एक घंटे अस्पताल में बिताया। वहां की व्यवस्थाएं देखीं। इसके साथ ही वह करीब 18 मिनट बेस अस्पताल में भी रहे, लेकिन इसकी तीन दिन तक किसी को भनक तक नहीं लगी। चिकित्सा शिक्षा व स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत 23 अक्टूबर को कुमाऊं भ्रमण के बाद शाम पांच बजे हेलीकाप्टर से सर्किट हाउस गौलापार पहुंचे थे। वहां पर सीएम की अधिकारियों के साथ हुई बैठक में शिरकत की। रात में 9.30 बजे वह लाव-लश्कर छोड़ ट्रेक सूट पहन डा. सुशीला तिवारी अस्पताल पहुंच गए। इमरजेंसी के बाहर काउंटर से पांच रुपये की पर्ची काटी। इस बीच वह करीब 20 मिनट आम मरीज बनकर बेंच में बैठे रहे। इसके बाद इमरजेंसी में डाक्टर को दिखाया। सिर दर्द व बुखार की शिकायत बताई। फिर वह करीब 40 मिटन तक वार्डों में घूमते रहे। इस दौरान मास्क लगाए हुए कैबिनेट मंत्री को अस्पताल में किसी ने नहीं पहचाना। अस्पताल प्रशासन को भी भनक नहीं लगी। इसके बाद वह गुपचुप तरीके से वहां से निकल गए और बेस अस्पताल पहुंच गए। इस अस्पताल में भी उन्होंने करीब 18 मिनट बिताए। इमरजेंसी से लेकर अन्य वार्डों में भी भ्रमण किया। हालांकि उन्होंने यह नहीं बताया कि अस्पताल में क्या कमियां मिली। उन्हें व्यवस्थाएं कैसे लगी? मंत्री डा. रावत का कहना था कि जो भी कमियां हैं। उन्हें सुधारा जाएगा। इसके लिए वह प्रयासरत हैं। जल्द ही इस औचक निरीक्षण पर निर्णय होगा। डा. सुशीला तिवारी राजकीय चिकित्सालय के उपनलकर्मी 55 दिन से हड़ताल पर हैं। कुछ समय तक अस्पताल प्रशासन वैकल्पिक व्यवस्थाएं करते रहा, लेकिन अब स्थिति भयावह होते जा रही है। अस्पताल में गंदगी बढ़ते जा रही है। संक्रमण का खतरा बढ़ गया है। भर्ती मरीज व तीमारदार परेशान हैं। जांचें प्रभावित हैं। कार्यालय संबंधी कार्य नहीं हो रहे हैं। इसलिए कि स्टाफ नर्स, वार्ड ब्वाय, पर्यावरण मित्र से लेकर कार्यालय संबंधी कार्य करने वाल अधिकांश उपलनकर्मी हैं।
