राज्यपाल ने प्रदेशवासियों को दी राज्य स्थापना दिवस की शुभकामनाएँ दी
देहरादून। राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से नि) ने प्रदेशवासियों को उत्तराखण्ड राज्य स्थापना दिवस की हार्दिक बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएँ दी है। उन्होंने इस अवसर पर राज्य निर्माण आंदोलन के सभी ज्ञात-अज्ञात अमर शहीदों और आंदोलनकारियों का भावपूर्ण स्मरण कर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की है। स्थापना दिवस की पूर्व संध्या में जारी अपने संदेश में राज्यपाल ने कहा कि आज हम सभी उत्तराखण्ड के स्थापना दिवस की 24वीं वर्षगांठ मना रहे हैं। इस यात्रा में हमारे राज्य ने अनेक उतार-चढ़ाव देखे, अनगिनत सपनों को साकार होते देखा, और आज हम गर्व के साथ कह सकते हैं कि हमारा उत्तराखण्ड विकास के एक नए अध्याय की ओर अग्रसर है। उन्होंने कहा रजत जयंती वर्ष में कदम रखते हुए हम अपने राज्य को एक नई ऊँचाई पर ले जाने का संकल्प लें, जहाँ हमारी समृद्ध संस्कृति, परंपरा, और जनहित की नीतियों का सामंजस्य हो। माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के कथन को साकार करने की दिशा में एवं 21वीं शताब्दी के तीसरे दशक को उत्तराखण्ड का दशक बनाने की यात्रा में यह वर्ष महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर हम अपने देश के मानचित्र को गौर से देखें तो उत्तराखण्ड भारत के हृदय के समान नजर आता है। अनादिकाल से हिमालय और उत्तराखण्ड पूरे विश्व के लिए अध्यात्म और दिव्यता से परिपूर्ण रक्तरूपी ऊर्जा का संचार करता रहा है, तो ऐसे में हमारे प्रदेश को भारत का हृदय कहना एक प्रकार से सही ही है। आज प्रदेश के विकास की प्राथमिकताएं और चुनौतियां दोनों ही हमारे लिए महत्वपूर्ण हैं। सरकार ने निर्णय लेने की प्रक्रियाओं में महिलाओं की भागीदारी बढ़ाने और स्वरोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से विभिन्न कार्यक्रम शुरू किए हैं जो सराहनीय हैं। सहकारी समितियों में महिलाओं के लिए 33 प्रतिशत और सरकारी नौकरियों में 30 प्रतिशत आरक्षण जैसी पहल लैंगिक समानता के प्रति सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता का उदाहरण है। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि हिमालय का यह अंश विश्व की अमूल्य धरोहर है और इसे संरक्षित करना हमारी जिम्मेदारी है। हमें जलवायु परिवर्तन के खतरे को देखते हुए हमें पर्यावरण सम्बंधित मुद्दों पर ध्यान देना होगा। वनों की रक्षा, जल-संरक्षण योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन, और पर्यटन को पर्यावरणीय संतुलन के साथ जोड़ना अति आवश्यक है। हम सब अपने राज्य की विषम भौगोलिक परिस्थियों से भली भांति परिचित हैं। प्रदेश में उच्चतम स्तर की स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की पहुँच को हर गाँव तक ले जाना हमारा लक्ष्य है। उत्तराखण्ड के दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में चिकित्सा सेवाओं को आधुनिक सुविधाओं से लैस करना, और स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों की संख्या बढ़ाना सरकार की प्राथमिकता है। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि प्रदेश को समृद्ध उत्तराखण्ड बनाने का हमारा स्वप्न तभी साकार होगा जब समाज के हर तबके को विकास की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ा जाएगा। महिला सशक्तीकरण, सामाजिक न्याय और जनजातीय समुदायों की उन्नति के लिए विशेष योजनाएँ बनाकर इसके लाभ को अंत्योदय तक सुनिश्चित करना हमारी जिम्मेदारी है। हम उत्तराखण्ड के इस 25वें वर्ष को विकास की एक नई उड़ान का वर्ष मानकर एक सकारात्मक और समृद्ध भविष्य की ओर बढ़ेंगे। हमें अपने राज्य के हर नागरिक को विकास की इस यात्रा में सहभागी बनाना है, ताकि उत्तराखण्ड को ‘‘सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य’’ बनाने का लक्ष्य पूरा हो सके। आइए! हम सब मिलकर उत्तराखण्ड की इस नई सुबह का स्वागत करें और इसे ‘‘स्वर्णिम उत्तराखण्ड’’ बनाने का संकल्प लें।
