काशीपुर। नगर के सुनियोजित विकास के लिए बनाई जा रही महायोजना 2041 को लेकर तमाम सवाल उठ रहे हैं। व्यवसायिक, औद्योगिक और आवासीय क्षेत्र का चयन ठीक तरह से नहीं किए जाने का आरोप लगाते हुए आपत्तियां दाखिल की गई हैं।
काशीपुर डेवलपमेंट फोरम ने सचिव महायोजना को पत्र देकर पारदर्शिता लाने की मांग की है। संगठन का कहना है कि आपत्ति देने के लिए समय भी बढ़ाया जाए। केडीएफ के अध्यक्ष राजीव घई ने बताया कि महायोजना को लेकर लोगों में कई तरह की भ्रांतियां हैं। कई ऐसी चीजें हैं जिनसे भविष्य में यहां के लोगों को परेशानी उठानी होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि महायोजना बनाने में जनप्रतिनिधि और नगर आयुक्त के साथ विस्तृत विचार विमर्श नहीं किया गया जिसके चलते महायोजना में खामियां हैं। इसके लिए आम सहमति भी नहीं ली गई है। महायोजना को बनाने के लिए वर्ष 2020 के गूगल मैप से काशीपुर के विभिन्न क्षेत्र को उपयोग करने के लिए वर्गीकृत किया गया है जोकि वास्तविकता से बहुत अलग है जिस तरह से क्षेत्रों का वर्गीकरण किया गया है इससे विवाद पैदा हो सकता है। इससे भ्रष्टाचार फैलेगा और आम जानता पीड़ित होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्य मार्ग के कई व्यावसायिक क्षेत्रों को आवासीय वर्ग में रखा गया है। इससे विकास तो नहीं होगा लेकिन इसका विकास पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ेगा। नगर के कई निजी प्लाट हरित क्षेत्र, पार्क और बहु प्रयोजन के लिए क्षेत्र की श्रेणी में रखे गए हैं जबकि ऐसा किया जाना ठीक नहीं है।
