भोपाल। राजधानी के शाहपुरा थाना इलाके के होटल कारोबारी से लखनऊ के दो लोगों ने पहले तो एक क्रेटा कार को बेचने का सौदा तय किया। सौदा तय होने पर अनुबंध के तहत कारोबारी ने उनको तीन लाख रुपए दिए और कार अपने पास रख ली। लेकिन कुछ दिन बाद दोनों व्यक्ति दूसरी चाबी लेकर भोपाल आए ओर व्यापारी को बिना बताए ही कार को लेकर चले गए। काफी समय तक दोनों पक्षों के बीच बातचीत जारी रही लेकिन जब कोई हल नहीं निकला तो कारोबारी ने मामले की शिकायत पुलिस को कर दी। पुलिस ने आरोपियो के खिलाफ गबन का प्रकरण दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। शाहपुरा पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार महेन्द्र सिंह ने लिखित शिकायत करते हुए बताया कि वो नीरज नगर स्थित एक ओयो होटल के संचालक हैं। उनके होटल में जोहेब और सादिक के नाम के दो व्यक्ति ठहरने के लिए आए थे। दोनों ने बताया कि वे लखनऊ से आए हैं, उन्होंने होटल में लखनऊ के दस्तावेज ही दिखाए थे। महेन्द्र सिंह को होटल के काम के लिए एक कार की जरूरत थी। उनके बीच हुई बातचीत मे जोहेब ने कहा कि वे जिस क्रेटा कार से भोपाल आए हैं, वे उसे बेचना चाहते हैं। दोनों पक्षों के बीच कार के सौदे को लेकर अनुबंध हो गया। इस अनुबंध के तहत महेन्द्र सिंह ने तीन लाख रुपए की किस्त देकर कार अपने पास रख ली। कार की एक चाबी तो जोहेब ने दे दी लेकिन दूसरी चाबी के बारे में कहा कि चाबी लखनऊ में रखी है, ओर वो जल्द ही दूसरी चाबी में पहूंचा देगा। कार बेचने के बाद जोहेब और सादिक भोपाल से लखनऊ चले गए। यह क्रेटा हमेशा होटल के सामने ही खड़ी रहती थी। बीती 18 अगस्त की सुबह कार अचानक ही गायब हो गई। महेन्द्र सिंह ने जब होटल में लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरों के फुटेज देखे तो उन्हें सुबह करीब चार बजे जोहेब और सादिक दूसरी चाबी से कार खोलकर उसे ले जाते नजर आये। इसके बाद महेन्द्र सिंह ने जोहेब और सादिक से बात की तो दोनों जल्द ही कार वापस करने की बात करते हुए टालमटोली करने लगे। फरियादी महेन्द्र सिंह को जब एहसास हुआ जोहेब और सादिक उनकी रकम या कार नहीं लौटायेगे तो उन्होंने मामले की शिकायत पुलिस को कर दी। पुलिस ने दोनों के खिलाफ गबन का प्रकरण दर्ज कर आगे की कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी है।
