पंचायत भवन निर्माण का बजट दोगुना किए जाने की तैयारी
देहरादून। पंचायत भवन बनाने का बजट दोगुना किया जा सकता है। इसके साथ ही सरकार पंचायतों को 29 विषय हस्तांतरित किए जाने के लिए आगामी विधानसभा सत्र में संकल्प प्रस्तुत करेगी।
पंचायतीराज मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने मंगलवार को पंचायतीराज निदेशालय में विभागीय समीक्षा बैठक में भारत सरकार द्वारा 15वें वित्त आयोग के लिए आवंटित धनराशि को समय पर खर्च करने निर्देश दिए। बैठक में पंचायत भवन निर्माण के लिए केंद्र सरकार के स्तर से आवंटित 10 लाख की राशि को बढ़ाकर 20 लाख किए जाने पर भी विचार किया गया, हालांकि इस पर अंतिम निर्णय नहीं हो पाया। मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने अधिकारियों को पंचायतों से संबंधित 29 विषयों को त्रिस्तरीय पंचायतों को हस्तांतरित किए जाने का संकल्प भी आगामी विभानसभा सत्र में प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए। समीक्षा बैठक में बताया गया कि राष्ट्रीय ग्राम स्वराज अभियान के अन्तर्गत लगभग 40 हजार जन प्रतिनिधियों का प्रशिक्षण कराया जा चुका है, जबकि 450 जनप्रतिनिधियों को एक्सपोजर विजिट के तहत अन्य राज्यों की उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाली पंचायतों को भ्रमण कराया गया। महाराज ने पंचायती राज विभाग के कार्मिकों के लिए केडिट कार्ड बनाने के भी निर्देश दिए। बैठक में निदेशक निधि यादव, मुख्य वित्त अधिकारी शशि सिंह, संयुक्त निदेशक राजीव कुमार नाथ त्रिपाठी, संयुक्त निदेशक हिमाली जोशी पेटवाल, उप निदेशक मनोज कुमार तिवारी, जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी पूनम पाठक सहित अनेक अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
