नगर व क्षेत्र के दर्जनों बिल्डर और डीलरो ने महापौर दीपक बाली का फूल मालाएं पहनाकर स्वागत किया
काशीपुर। नगर निगम सभागार उस समय तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट से गूज उठा जब नगर व क्षेत्र के दर्जनों बिल्डर और डीलर एक साथ नगर निगम पहुंचे और महापौर दीपक बाली को फूल मालाएं पहनाकर उनका शानदार स्वागत किया ।महापौर के स्वागत का यह अनोखा दृश्य उसजन विश्वास को दर्शाता है की जनता और व्यापारियों ने वर्षों से चली आ रही जिन समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए बार-बार गुहार लगाई उन समस्याओं का समाधान महापौर दीपक बाली ने कर दिखाया । सभी के मुंह से यही बात निकल रही थी की प्रदेश के यशस्वी मुख्यमंत्री के आशीर्वाद से केवल महापौर दीपक बाली जैसा नेता ही जनता की इन बड़ी समस्याओं का समाधान करा पाया।
नगर निगम परिसर एक उत्सव जैसे माहौल में था जहां हर ओर दीपक बाली के नेतृत्व की सराहना हो रही थी और डीलरों के चेहरे पर आई खुशी इस बात का प्रमाण थी कि वर्षों पुरानी जिस समस्या के समाधान के लिए वें और जनता दर-दर भटक रही थी उस समस्या का समाधान दीपक बाली ने महापौर बनकर कर दिया और अपने किए गए वादे को चरितार्थ कर दिखाया है। उल्लेखनीय है कि अभी तक जमीनों की जो रजिस्ट्रियां नगर निगम के टैक्स की रसीद पर हो जाती थी वह पूरी तरह बंद कर दी गई थी। साथ ही जमीनों की खरीद फरोख्त पर नगर निगम द्वारा दाखिल खारिज के नाम पर दो प्रतिशत टैक्स वसूला जा रहा था जो केवल पूरे उत्तराखंड में काशीपुर में ही हो रहा था , और यहां की जनता बहुत परेशान थी । तीसरी समस्या यह थी की काटी जा चुकी अवैध कॉलोनियों की रजिस्ट्रीयों पर भी पाबंदी थी और कुल मिलाकर जमीन खरीदने और बेचने का कारोबार पूरी तरह ठप्प हो चुका था। जिसका दुष्प्रभाव जमीन की खरीद फरोख्त से जुडे निर्माण व व्यापारिक कार्यों से जुड़े कामों पर भी पढ़ रहा था और सब कुछ चौपट हो गया था। महापौर दीपक बाली ने इन समस्याओं को पूरी गंभीरता से लिया और उन्होंने अपने वायदे के अनुसार शपथ लेते ही बोर्ड की प्रथम बैठक में ही दाखिल खारिज के लिए, लिए जाने वाले दो प्रतिशत टैक्स को समाप्त करने का प्रस्ताव पास कर शासन को भेज दिया था जिसका कार्य प्रगति पर है। शासनादेश आने तक जनता परेशान ना हो इसके लिए भी महापौर ने एक प्रस्ताव पास कराया की जिन लोगों को भी अपना दाखिल खारिज कराना है वह पहले से चली आ रही परंपरा के अनुसार मात्र ₹1000 फाइल खर्चे पर एक एफिडेविट देकर नगर निगम से अपना दाखिल खारिज करा लें। ऐसा होने से लोगों को बहुत बड़ी राहत मिली। वहीं दूसरी ओर जो रजिस्ट्री पूर्व में नगर निगम के टैक्स की रसीद पर हो जाती थी उस पर भी पूरी तरह रोक लगी हुई थी। इससे भी कारोबार ठप थे और जनता बुरी तरह परेशान थी। महापौर दीपक बाली ने प्रयास कर इस पाबंदी को भी हटवा दिया और अवैध रूप से बनी कॉलोनियों में भी होने वाली रजिस्ट्री की प्रक्रिया को केवल एक बार समाधान योजना के तहत प्रॉपर्टी डीलरो से एफिडेविट लेकर भविष्य में अवैध कालोनियां ने काटने का वायदा लेकर रजिस्ट्री शुरू कर दी जाए इस संबंध में उन्होंने प्रजावत्सल मुख्यमंत्री से वार्ता की जिस पर मुख्यमंत्री जनहित में राजी हो गए । प्रशासन के साथ बैठकर महापौर ने सिंगल समाधान योजना को शुरू करा दिया है जिस पर कार्य प्रगति पर है। इससे पूरे जनपद में लाखों लोगों को लाभ मिलेगा वही इससे क्षेत्र के भू व्यवसाययों के साथ-साथ इस व्यवसाय से जुड़े सभी ढप्प पड़े काम फिर चालू हो जाएंगे जिससे सभी को लाभ होगा और बुझे चेहरों पर फिर रौनक लौट आऐएगी । महापौर द्वारा व्यापारियों, व्यवसाइयों मजदूरों व आम जनमानस से सीधे जुड़े इन तीनों कार्यों के होने से खुश होकर क्षेत्र के भू व्यवसाययों ने नगर निगम पहुंचकर दीपक बाली का शानदार स्वागत किया और उनका आभार जताया । स्वागत करने वालों में आशीष गुप्ता अनिल डाबर व्यापार मंडल के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राजीव सेतिया डॉक्टर नगरा, विपिन, केवल कृष्ण छाबडा प्रदीप डाबर आनंद प्रधान सोनू बरेजा भारत बरेजा मुकेश पाहवा बंटी अग्रवाल मनीष श्रीवास्तव सहित दर्जनों लोग थे।
