काशीपुर। सड़क हादसे में हुई बाइक सवार की मौत मामले मंे पुलिस ने मृतक की पत्नी की तहरीर पर वैन चालक के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया है।
कुण्डा थानांतर्गत ग्राम लालपुर निवासी विजेन्द्र पुत्र तोलाराम अपनी बाइक से प्रतापपुर जा रहा था कि रास्ते में ग्राम धनौरी के निकट तेज रफ्तार से आती वैन संख्या यूपी-14 बीसी-1684 ने बाइक को टक्कर मार दी। हादसे में जितेन्द्र की मौके पर ही मौत हो गयी, जबकि बाइक क्षतिग्रस्त हो गयी। वहीं वैन चालक मय वैन मौके से फरार हो गया। मृतक की पत्नी ने उक्त वैन के अज्ञात चालक के खिलाफ पुलिस में तहरीर सौंपी है। पुलिस ने धारा 279, 304ए, 427 आईपीसी के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर आगे की कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी है।
