काशीपुर। कुंडा थाना पुलिस द्वारा ग्राम श्यामनगर में हुए झगड़े में वांछित दो अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
जानकारी के अनुसार बीती 29 अक्तूबर को थाना कुंडा में श्रीमती नन्हीं पत्नी जयप्रकाश निवासी ग्राम श्याम नगर की तहरीर पर धारा 147, 323, 506 आईपीसी के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया था। दौराने विवेचना अभियोग में धारा 307, 325, 504 आईपीसी की बढ़ोतरी की गई है। मुकदमे से संबंधित अभिषेक कुमार पुत्र राम अवतार व जयप्रकाश को गंभीर चोटें आई थीं। अभिषेक अभी भी गंभीर हालत में हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती है। मुकदमे से संबंधित नामित अभियुक्त घटना की तिथि से वंचित चल रहे थे। पुलिस ने वांछित अभियुक्त रामअवतार पुत्र हरस्वरूप सिंह तथा बिंटू पुत्र रामअवतार निवासीगण ग्राम श्याम नगर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। शेष वांछित अभियुक्तों की तलाश जारी है। पुलिस टीम में थानाध्यक्ष दिनेश सिंह फर्त्याल, उप निरीक्षक राजेंद्र प्रसाद, कांस्टेबल सुमित कुमार, सत्येंद्र पाल व कुंदन भौर्याल शामिल थे।
