काशीपुर। पेंशन संशोधन करने संबंधी आदेश का अनुपालन न करने पर हाईकोर्ट ने ऊर्जा निगम के एमडी और जीएम (मानव संसाधन) को नोटिस जारी किया है। मौहल्ला सिंघान निवासी जय प्रकाश अग्रवाल वर्ष 2012 में ऊर्जा निगम के काशीपुर उपखण्ड कार्यालय से सेवानिवृत्त हुए थे। विभाग ने 12 नवम्बर 2020 को उनकी पेंशन रिवाइज करने का आदेश दिया था। इसके बावजूद विभाग के स्तर पर पेंशन रिवाइज करने को लेकर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई। इस पर जय प्रकाश ने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की। न्यायमूर्ति रविन्द्र मैठाणी की एकलपीठ ने 13 जून को याची जयप्रकाश की पेंशन आठ सप्ताह के भीतर रिवाइज करने के आदेश दिए थे, लेकिन हाईकोर्ट के आदेश की अनदेखी पर विभाग ने नियत अवधि में पेंशन रिवाइज नहीं की। इस पर जय प्रकाश ने अपने अधिवक्ता केएस जगाती और पीसी पेटशाली के माध्यम से अवमानना याचिका प्रस्तुत की। शुक्रवार को इस याचिका पर सुनवाई की गई। न्यायमूर्ति मनोज कुमार तिवारी ने याचिका को सुनवाई के लिए स्वीकार करते हुए ऊर्जा निगम के एमडी अनिल कुमार यादव व जीएम ;मानव संसाधनद्ध केबी चैबे को अवमानना नोटिस जारी किए हैं।
