देहरादून। मुख्य सचिव डा. एसएस संधु ने सोमवार को यह आदेश जारी किए हैं। उत्तराखंड में कोविड कर्फ्यू एक हफ्ते और बढ़ाकर 10 अगस्त तक कर दिया है। कर्फ्यू के प्रतिबंध पिछले हफ्ते की तरह ही जारी रहेंगे। फिलहाल 10 अगस्त की सुबह छह बजे तक यह आदेश प्रभावी रहेंगे। सरकार ने रेल, हवाई व सड़क मार्ग से आने वाले ऐसे व्यक्तियों जिनके पास दो डोज वैक्सीन का 15 दिन पुराना प्रमाण पत्र है,वह बिना कोरोना जांच के उत्तराखंड में प्रवेश को कर सकते है जबकि एक डोज वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए अभी भी 72 घंटें पूर्व की आरटीपीसीआर, ट्रूनेट, व एंटीजन जांच की बाध्यता रहेगी।
इन सभी व्यक्तियों का स्मार्ट सिटी पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण अनिवार्य है। सरकार ने राज्य के सभी सरकारी व प्राइवेट स्कूलों के संचालन के लिए शिक्षा विभाग की जारी गाइड लाइन को पहले जैसा ही रखा है, जबकि सामाजिक, राजनीतिक, मनोरंजन, सांस्कृतिक समारोह में बड़ी संख्या में मौजूदगी पर प्रतिबंध है। आदेश में यह उल्लेख नहीं किया है कि यह संख्या कितने तक सीमित होगी। पर्यटन स्थलों पर वीकेंड पर भी पूर्व की भांति जिलाधिकारियों को निर्णय लेने के लिए अधिकार दिया है। सरकार ने पुलिस-प्रशासन को निर्देश दिया है कि कोविड गाइडलाइन्स को सख्ती से पालन करवाया जाए। कहा कि बिना मास्क के घूमने वाले लोगों के खिलाफ चालानी कार्रवाई की जाए।
