देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आई.आर.डी.टी सभागार सर्वे चौक देहरादून में उत्तराखण्ड भाषा संस्थान द्वारा आयोजित ‘उत्तराखण्ड साहित्य गौरव सम्मान -2024’ समारोह में प्रतिभाग कर विभिन्न साहित्यकारों एवं भाषाविदों को सम्मानित किया। समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड साहित्य गौरव सम्मान समारोह हमारी साहित्यिक परंपरा, रचनात्मक चेतना और शब्द-साधकों के प्रति गहरी श्रद्धा का प्रतीक है। यह मंच उन सभी महान विभूतियों को समर्पित है, जिन्होंने अपनी लेखनी से समाज को दिशा देने और उत्तराखंड की संस्कृति को नई पहचान दी है। उन्होंने उत्तराखंड के सर्वोच्च साहित्यिक सम्मान, उत्तराखंड साहित्य भूषण से सुभाष पंत को सम्मानित करते हुए कहा कि पंत समूचे हिंदी साहित्य जगत के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत हैं मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सम्मानित होने वाले साहित्यकारों ने अपनी सृजनशीलता के माध्यम से उत्तराखंड की सांस्कृतिक और साहित्यिक विरासत को समृद्ध किया है। देवभूमि की धरा हमेशा से रचनात्मकता ज्ञान और संस्कृति का अद्भुत केंद्र रही है, जहाँ विचारों की ज्योति ने हर युग में समाज को प्रेरित करने का काम किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड के प्राकृतिक सौंदर्यता से अनगिनत लेखकों, कवियों और विचारकों को प्रेरणा मिलती है। इसी राज्य से सुमित्रानंदन पंत जी ने देश-दुनिया को शब्दों के माध्यम से जोड़ा और शैलेश मटियानी जी को ‘पहाड़ का प्रेमचंद’ कहलाने का गौरव प्राप्त हुआ। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि साहित्य ही समाज का वास्तविक दर्पण होता है, जो उसकी संस्कृति, मूल्यों और विचारों को उजागर करने का काम करता है। लेखक समाज के चिंतक, मार्गदर्शक और प्रेरक होते हैं। भारत के स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन में भी कवियों और रचनाकारों की सक्रिय भागीदारी रही थी। उत्तराखंड की स्थापना में भी लेखन और सृजन से जुड़े अनगिनत साहित्यकारों का योगदान रहा है। उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार साहित्य और संस्कृति के संरक्षण एवं प्रोत्साहन के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। इसी के तहत राज्य में उत्तराखंड साहित्य गौरव सम्मान, साहित्य भूषण, लाइफ टाइम अचीवमेंट जैसे पुरस्कारों के माध्यम से उत्कृष्ट साहित्यकारों को सम्मानित किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा हिंदी सहित विभिन्न स्थानीय भाषाओं में ग्रंथ प्रकाशन हेतु साहित्यकारों को अनुदान भी दिया जा रहा है। सरकार ने वर्ष 2023 में 10 उत्कृष्ट साहित्यकारों को 01 लाख रुपये की सम्मान राशि प्रदान की है, इसे और विस्तार देते हुए वर्ष 2024 में उत्तराखंड साहित्य भूषण पुरस्कार सहित 21 नए साहित्यिक पुरस्कारों की घोषणा की गई है। इसके साथ ही 45 लेखकों को भी आर्थिक सहायता देने का निर्णय लिया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार उत्तराखंड को साहित्यिक पर्यटन के केंद्र रूप में विकसित करने हेतु भी प्रयासरत है। उत्तराखंड भाषा संस्थान द्वारा दो साहित्य ग्रामों की स्थापना की जा रही है, जहाँ साहित्यकारों के लिए आवासीय सुविधा, आधुनिक पुस्तकालय, संगोष्ठी कक्ष और अध्ययन स्थल जैसी सुविधाएं विकसित की जाएंगी। भारत का साहित्य सदियों से अपनी वैचारिक संपन्नता के कारण विश्वभर में विशिष्ट स्थान रखता आया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश में सांस्कृतिक और साहित्यिक विरासत को आगे बढ़ाया जा रहा है। राज्य सरकार भाषा संस्थान के माध्यम से राज्य के बिखरे हुए साहित्य को संरक्षित, संकलित और पुनर्स्थापित करने के लिए ठोस योजनाएँ बना रही हैं। इसके साथ ही राज्य सरकार स्थानीय भाषाओं और बोलियों के संरक्षण के लिए सतत प्रयास कर रही है। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने उत्तराखण्ड साहित्य गौरव सम्मान -2024 के अंतर्गत उत्तराखंड साहित्य भूषण सम्मान से सुभाष पंत, सुमित्रानंदन पंत पुरस्कार से डॉ. दिनेश पाठक, गुमानी पंत पुरस्कार से गोपाल दत्त भट्ट, भजन सिंह पुरस्कार से कुलानन्द घनशाला, गोविंद चातक पुरस्कार से सुनीता चौहान, प्रो. उन्वान चिश्ती पुरस्कार से सगीर उल्लाह, गौरा पंत ‘शिवानी’ पुरस्कार से शमा खान, मंगलेश डबराल पुरस्कार से सतीश डिमरी, महादेवी वर्मा पुरस्कार से शशिभूषण बड़ोनी, शैलेश मटियानी पुरस्कार से ललित मोहन रयाल को सम्मानित किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने इसी क्रम में डॉ. पीताम्बर दत्त बड़थ्वाल पुरस्कार से नीरज कुमार नैथानी, बहादुर बोरा, बंधु पुरस्कार से महेंद्र ठुकराठी, शेर सिंह बिष्ट ‘‘अनपढ़‘‘ पुरस्कार से मोहन चंद्र जोशी, भवानीदत्त थपलियाल सती पुरस्कार से वीरेंद्र पंवार, कन्हैयालाल डंडरियाल पुरस्कार से मदन मोहन डुकलाण, गिरीश तिवारी ‘‘गिर्दा‘‘ पुरस्कार से डॉ. पवनेश ठकुराठी, विद्यासागर नौटियाल पुरस्कार से अनूप सिंह रावत, एंव भैरत दत्त धूलिया पुरस्कार से श्री. एम.आर ध्यानी को पुरस्कार देकर सम्मानित किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने आई.आर.डी.टी परिसर में पुस्तक मेले का भी उद्घाटन किया, तथा भाषा संस्थान के भवन निर्माण हेतु जिलाधिकारी देहरादून को आवश्यक निर्देश दिये जाने की भी बात की। इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल, विधायक खजान दास, निदेशक स्वाति भदौरिया, पूर्व कुलपति प्रो. सुधारानी पाण्डे सहित साहित्य क्षेत्र से जुड़े लोग आदि उपस्थित थे।
