लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार सरकार आज सदन में वर्ष 2024-25 का बजट पेश कर रही है. वित्त मंत्री सुरेश कुमार खन्ना ने विधान सभा में बजट पेश किया. इस दौरान सीएम योगी के साथ बीजेपी के अन्य विधायक भी सदन में मौजूद रहे. उत्तर प्रदेश के वित्त मंत्री सुरेश खन्ना ने सोमवार को विधानसभा में यूपी का अब तक का सबसे बड़ा बजट पेश किया. वित्त मंत्री ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए राज्य का 7 लाख 36 हजार 437 करोड़ 71 लाख रुपये का बजट पेश किया. इसमें सरकार 24 हजार करोड़ रुपये की नई योजनाएं भी लाई है.
बजट भाषण में राज्य के वित्त मंत्री सुरेश कुमार खन्ना ने कहा कि, डार्क जोन में नए निजी ट्यूबवेल कनेक्शन देने पर लगी रोक हटा दी गई है, जिससे करीब एक लाख किसानों को सीधा फायदा हुआ. उन्होंने कहा कि वर्ष 2023-2024 में करीब 37 लाख किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड अक्टूबर, 2023 तक वितरित किये गये.
प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के तहत वर्ष 2022-2023 के लिये लगभग 10 लाख बीमित किसानों को अक्टूबर, 2023 तक 831 करोड़ रूपये की क्षतिपूर्ति का भुगतान किया गया है. दिसंबर 2023 तक 2 करोड़ 62 लाख किसानों के खातों में डीबीटी के माध्यम से लगभग 63,000 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि हस्तांतरित की गई.
वित्त मंत्री सुरेश खन्ना ने वर्तमान सरकार द्वारा लगभग 48 लाख गन्ना किसानों को 2.33 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का रिकॉर्ड गन्ना मूल्य भुगतान किया गया है. यह गन्ना मूल्य भुगतान पिछले 22 वर्षों के संयुक्त गन्ना मूल्य भुगतान 2.1 लाख करोड़ रुपये से 20,274 करोड़ रुपये अधिक है.
यूपी के वित्त मंत्री सुरेश खन्ना ने विधानसभा में बजट पेश करते हुए कहा, अयोध्या में भगवान राम के भव्य मंदिर के निर्माण से हमारे सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक क्षेत्र को काफी प्रोत्साहन मिला है. अयोध्या दुनिया का बड़ा पर्यटन केंद्र बन गया है. भारत और विश्व से यहां आने वाले पर्यटकों की संख्या में भारी वृद्धि हुई है जिससे हमारी आर्थिक स्थिति में काफी सुधार हुआ है.
यूपी का बजट पेश करते हुए वित्त मंत्री सुरेश कुमार खन्ना ने कहा कि, हमारी सरकार अब तक लगभग 6 करोड़ लोगों को गरीबी से बाहर निकालने में सफल रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि आज प्रदेश में बेरोजगारी की दर केवल 2.4 प्रतिशत रह गई है. उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा सेमी कन्डक्टर नीति को मंजूरी दी गई है. यह नीति प्रदेश में सेमी कन्डक्टर इकाईयों की स्थापना एवं विकास का मार्ग प्रशस्त करेगी. वित्त मंत्री खन्ना ने कहा कि जिससे देश और विदेश से प्रदेश में बड़े पैमाने पर निवेश प्राप्त होगा. उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसी नीति लाने वाला उत्तर प्रदेश देश का चैथा राज्य बन गया है.
