काशीपुर। फाइनेंस कम्पनी में बंधक रखा गया मकान धोखाधड़ी से बेचने के मामले में अदालत ने पुलिस को मुकदमा दर्ज करने के आदेश दिए हैं। मौहल्ला गंज निवासी आशा शर्मा ने अपने अधिवक्ता अमरीश अग्रवाल के माध्यम से न्यायिक मजिस्टेªट की अदालत में प्रार्थनापत्र देकर कहा कि उसने 29 अगस्त, 2019 को कुआंखेड़ा में एक मकान सांडखेड़ा निवासी बल्देव सिंह ने खरीदा था। मकान के बैनामे के समय उसने पूरी रकम दी थी। बल्देव वर्तमान में अलवर ;राजस्थानद्ध में रहता है। बीती 17 मार्च को एक फाइनेंस कम्पनी के कर्मियों ने मकान पर नोटिस चस्पा कर दिया। 7,06,803 रूपये में मकान बंधक रखने की बात कही गई है। पता लगा कि यह फाइनेंस कम्पनी फर्जी है। बंधक रखे गए मकान को उसे बेच दिया गया। उसने बल्देव से बात की तो आरोपी ने अभद्रता पर जान से मारने की धमकी भी दी। अधिवक्ता अमरीश अग्रवाल के तर्को व बहस से संतुष्ट होकर अदालत ने पुलिस को मुकदमा दर्ज करने के आदेश दिए हैं।
