काशीपुर । स्कूटी में टक्कर मारकर स्कूटी सवार को घायल करने व स्कूटी क्षतिग्रस्त करने के आरोप में पुलिस ने कोर्ट के आदेश पर कार के अज्ञात चालक के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया है। जसपुर खुर्द निवासी दीपक मेहरा पुत्र बादाम सिंह ने अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट की अदालत में प्रार्थनपत्र देकर बताया कि पिछले वर्ष 27 मार्च को दिन में करीब 11.30 बजे वह अपने बच्चे को सेंटमेरी स्कूल से जाने के लिए आवास विकास से गुजर रहा था कि रास्ते में आगे चल रही रिट्ज कार संख्या-एचआर-26सीके-2195 के चालक ने अचानक कार का दरवाजा खोज दिया इससे स्कूटी क्षतिग्रस्त हो गयी और उसे गंभीर चोटें आईं। इस संबंध में टांडा उज्जैन पुलिस चैकी में तहरीर देने पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई। लिहाजा उसे कोर्ट की शरण लेनी पड़ी। मामले का संज्ञान लेते हुए कोर्ट ने पुलिस को केस दर्ज करने के आदेश दिये। कोर्ट के आदेश पर पुलिस ने कार के अज्ञात चालक के खिलाफ धारा 279, 337, 427 आईपीसी के तहत केस दर्ज कर लिया है।
