सेना के जवानों के साथ मुख्यमंत्री ने मनाई दीपावली
देहरादून। सीएम धामी ने लैंसडाउन छावनी में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग करते हुए सैनिकों को दीपावली की बधाई दी। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने वार मेमोरियल पर पुष्प चक्र अर्पित कर शहीदों को श्रद्धांजलि दी। उन्होंने कहा कि सैनिक घर से दूर रहकर देश की सुरक्षा में तैनात रहते हैं। ऐसे में उनके बीच आकर दीपावली का त्योहार मनाना सौभाग्य की बात है। इस दौरान उन्होंने जवानों, वीर नारियों और बच्चों से भी भेंट की। मुख्यमंत्री ने सेना के अधिकारियों, जवानों और उनके परिजनों को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि दीपावली के शुभ अवसर पर आप सबके बीच में आकर मैं बहुत गौरवान्वित महसूस कर रहा हूं। कहा जाता है कि पर्व वहीं होता है, जहाँ परिवार होता है। सब मिलकर उत्सव मनाते हैं। पर्व के दिन अपने परिवार से दूर रहना अपने आप में कर्तव्यनिष्ठा की पराकाष्ठा है। यदि पूरे देश के लोग दीपावली मना रहे हैं वह निश्चित तौर पर सुरक्षित हैं, तो हमारे जवानों की बदौलत हैं, जो 24 घंटे देश की सीमा पर तैनात हैं। इस महत्वपूर्ण पर्व पर अपने परिवार से दूर रहने के बावजूद आपके उत्साह में कोई कमी नहीं है। मुझे जवानों की बीच रहकर अपार खुशी हो रही है। आप सभी का उत्साह देखकर मेरे अंदर भी नई ऊर्जा का संचार हो रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड के बलिदानी सैनिकों के परिजनों को मिलने वाली 10 लाख रुपए की धनराशि को बढ़ाकर 50 लाख रुपए करने का प्रावधान किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस बार की दीपावली बहुत विशेष है, क्योंकि 500 वर्षों से हम प्रतीक्षा कर रहे थे कि भगवान राम अपने घर में आए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पहले के समय में हम बड़ी संख्या में विदेश से हथियार खरीदते थे, लेकिन आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में भारत आत्मनिर्भर बन रहा है और आज 200 से भी अधिक सैन्य उपकरण हमारे ही देश में बनकर तैयार हो रहे हैं। जिसका इस्तेमाल भारत की सेना द्वारा किया जाता है।
