नैनीताल । जिला उपभोक्ता फोरम ने सोमवार को सहारा इंडिया को ब्याज सहित लोगों का पैसा लौटाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। फोरम ने सभी पीडि़तों को हुई मानसिक वेदना की क्षतिपूर्ति तथा वाद व्यय अलग से अदा किए जाने का आदेश भी दिया है। सहारा इंडिया की ओर से ज्यादा ब्याज की घोषणा से प्रभावित होकर लोगों ने विभिन्न वित्तीय योजनाओं में अपनी बचत के पैसों का निवेश कर दिया। निवेशकों को उनकी निधियों की परिपच्ता तिथि गुजर जाने के बाद भी सहारा ने उनकी धनराशि का भुगतान नहीं किया। इससे परेशान होकर कई व्यक्तियों ने जिला उपभोक्ता फोरम में शिकायत दर्ज कराई। फोरम ने 52 परिवादों में सुनवाई पूर्ण करने के उपरांत अपना निर्णय पारित किया। मामलों की सुनवाई फोरम अध्यक्ष रमेश कुमार जायसवाल, सदस्य विजयलक्ष्मी थापा व सदस्य लक्ष्मण सिंह रावत ने की। प्रस्तुत सभी परिवादों में फोरम ने सहारा इंडिया को सेवा में कमी तथा अनुचित व्यापारिक व्यवहार का दोषी माना। फोरम ने सभी पीडि़त व्यक्तियों को उनकी संपूर्ण परिपच्ता धनराशि आठ प्रतिशत ब्याज के साथ देने का आदेश दिया है।
