मंडी । हिमाचल प्रदेश के मंडी जिले में तैनात एसपी शालिनी अग्निहोत्री की चांदी और सोने की खोई हुई अंगुठियां फारेस्ट रेस्ट हाउस सुंदरनगर के वीआईपी सेट से मिल गई हैं। रेस्ट हाउस के कर्मचारियों को सफाई के समय दोनों अंगुठियां बरामद की। इसके बाद उन्होंने इस बात की जानकारी अपने उच्चाधिकारियों को दी और उच्चाधिकारियों ने पुलिस को सूचित किया। मामले को लेकर गठित एसआईयू टीम ने मौके पर जाकर दोनों अंगुठियों को अपने कब्जे में लेने के साथ ही यहां काम कर रहे कर्मचारियों के बयान भी दर्ज कर लिए हैं।
दरअसल, 17 अगस्त को एसपी मंडी शालिनी अग्निहोत्री रेस्ट हाउस के वीआईपी सेट में ठहरी थी। उसके बाद से इस वीआईपी सेट में कई लोग रूके और कई बार कमरे की सफाई भी हुई। लेकिन तब यह अंगुठियां किसी को क्यों नहीं दिखाई दी? जब एक वीआईपी यहां से गए तो उसके बाद कमरे की सफाई करते वक्त एक अंगुठी तकिए के पास तो दूसरी टेबल के नीचे से बरामद हुई। कहा जा रहा है कि 17 अगस्त के बाद कई बार चादरें और तकिए के कवर चेंज किए गए हैं। इस मामले में शिकायत देने से पहले शालिनी अग्निहोत्री ने वन विभाग के अधिकारियों से अनुरोध करके इसी कमरे की पूरी तलाशी भी करवाई थी, लेकिन जब यहां अंगुठियां नहीं मिली तो उसके बाद ही उन्होंने शिकायत दी थी। अभी तक की जांच में यह बात भी सामने आई है कि मामले को लेकर पूछताछ के बाद जिस महिला ने फिनायल खाया था, उसका पति भी वन विभाग में कार्यरत है और उसकी एक अन्य महिला रिश्तेदार भी इसी रेस्ट हाउस में काम करती है।
हालांकि, उन्होंने पहले ही स्पष्ट कह दिया है कि इस मामले में उनके परिवार को पुलिस की तरफ से टारगेट किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने एसपी मंडी और महिला थाना प्रभारी पर जातिसूचक शब्द कहने, प्रताडि़त करने और बालों से घसीटने के आरोप लगाते हुए अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करवा दी है जिसकी डीएसपी सरकाघाट जांच भी कर रहे हैं। मामले की जांच के लिए डीआईजी मध्यक्षेत्र मधुसूदन शर्मा ने इंस्पेक्टर पुरूषोतम धीमान की अध्यक्षता में एसआईयू का गठन किया है। मामले की सारी जांच पुरूषोतम धीमान ही कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि अंगुठियां रेस्ट हाउस से बरामद हुई हैं और मामले की पूरी निष्पक्षता से जांच की जा रही है।
