राज्य में सबसे पहले टीबी मुक्त होने वाले तीन जनपदों को किया जाएगा सम्मानित: सीएम
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि सीएम हेल्पलाइन 1905 में 180 दिन से अधिक समय से लंबित शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाया जाए। 06 माह से अधिक लंबित शिकायतों पर नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए कि प्रकरणों का समयबद्धता से निस्तारण नहीं करने वाले अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उन्होंने अनावश्यक रूप से जन शिकायतें फोर्स क्लोज न किये जाने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि सीएम हेल्पलाइन को राज्य की बेस्ट प्रैक्टिस में लाने के लिए और प्रभावी प्रयास किए जाएं। गुरुवार को सचिवालय में सीएम हेल्पलाइन 1905 के समीक्षा करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि एक दिन पूरे राज्य में तहसील दिवस का आयोजन किया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री तहसील दिवस के दिन किसी एक जनपद में औचक रूप से प्रतिभाग करेंगे। इसी तरह एक दिन पूरे राज्य में थाना दिवस का आयोजन भी किया जाएगा। प्रत्येक जनपद में दो-दो गांवों को आदर्श ग्राम बनाने की दिशा में तेजी से कार्य किए जाएं, इसके लिए सभी जनपदों में शीघ्र नोडल अधिकारी बनाए जाएं। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि प्रदेश में जहां भी बिजली के पोल और ट्रांसफार्मर की स्थिति खराब है, उन्हें शीघ्र बदला जाए। सभी ट्रांसफार्मरों का सेफ्टी ऑडिट भी किया जाए। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि कहीं कम वोल्टेज और बिजली के तार लटकने की समस्या न आए, ऐसे प्रकरण पाए जाने पर संबंधित अधिकारियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी प्राधिकरणों से जुड़े अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि लोगों के घरों के नक्शे पास करने में पेंडेंसी न हो। उन्होंने कहा कि सबसे पहले टीबी मुक्त होने वाले तीन जनपदों को सम्मानित किया जाएगा। सीएम हेल्पलाइन पर शिकायतों के निस्तारण में अच्छा कार्य करने पर मुख्यमंत्री ने परिवहन, कृषि, समाज कल्याण, आबकारी एवं ऊर्जा विभाग की सराहना की। लोक निर्माण विभाग, भू-विज्ञान और खनन, राजस्व, गृह एवं वित्त विभाग को शिकायतों के निवारण में और तेजी लाने के निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री ने दिए। सीएम हेल्पलाइन में पेयजल, स्ट्रीट लाइट के रख-रखाव, जल जीवन मिशन के तहत कनेक्शन, बिजली कटौती और बिजली के बिल से संबंधित शिकायतें अधिक आ रही हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने बैठक के दौरान सीएम हेल्पलाइन के शिकायतकर्ताओं से बात भी की। उत्तरकाशी के उपेन्द्र सिंह रावत की पेयजल लाइन की शिकायत पर मुख्यमंत्री ने जिलाधिकारी उत्तरकाशी को एक सप्ताह के अंदर उनकी समस्या का समाधान करवाने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में उत्तराखंड अवस्थापना अनुश्रवण परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष विश्वास डाबर, मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन, प्रमुख सचिव आर. के. सुधांशु, डीजीपी दीपम सेठ, सचिवगण, अपर सचिवगण, विभिन्न विभागों के विभागाध्यक्ष और वर्चुअल माध्यम से सभी जिलाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
