देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास से गणतंत्र दिवस परेड-2023 में प्रथम स्थान पर रही उत्तराखण्ड राज्य की झांकी ‘‘मानसखण्ड’’ को प्रदेश के जनपदों/ब्लॉक मुख्यालयों तथा मुख्य स्थानों पर प्रदर्शन हेतु फ्लैग ऑफ किया। गणतंत्र दिवस परेड-2023 में विभिन्न राज्यों व भारत सरकार के मंत्रालयों की 27 झांकियों में उत्तराखण्ड की मानसखण्ड झांकी को प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त हुआ। कर्त्तव्य पथ पर पहली परेड में उत्तराखण्ड को प्रथम स्थान मिलना एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है। उत्तराखण्ड गठन से अब तक पहली बार राज्य की झांकी को प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त हुआ है। मानसखण्ड झांकी में जागेश्वर मंदिर, कार्बेट नेशनल पार्क, ऐपण आर्ट, योग तथा वनों का समावेश किया गया था। इस उपलब्धि से उत्तराखण्ड की धार्मिक, सांस्कृतिक धरोहर, कला एवं संस्कृति का प्रचार-प्रसार पूरे विश्व में हुआ। 05 अप्रैल, 2023 से 18 मई 2023 तक प्रदेश के ब्लॉक मुख्यालयों एवं मुख्य शहरों में झांकी का प्रदर्शन जनमानस के सम्मुख किया जाएगा। मानसखण्ड झांकी के संबंध में 02 मिनट की वीडियो भी तैयार की गई है। इस शॉर्ट फिल्म का एल.ई.डी. के माध्यम से जन सामान्य हेतु प्रसारण किया जाएगा। समस्त जनपद मुख्यालयों पर जिलाधिकारी के सहयोग से स्थानीय विधायक की उपस्थिति में झांकी से सम्बन्धित कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि यह हमारे लिए अत्यन्त गौरव का विषय है कि उत्तराखण्ड स्थापना के 22 वर्ष के इतिहास में पहली बार हमारे राज्य की झांकी को देश के कर्तव्य पथ पर गणतंत्र दिवस की ऐतिहासिक परेड के अवसर पर पहला स्थान प्राप्त हुआ है। यह सभी उत्तराखण्डवासियों की सांझी उपलब्धि है। सभी उत्तराखण्डवासियों व इस झांकी में प्रतिभाग करने वाले कलाकारों तथा झांकी के निर्माण व प्रस्तुतिकरण से जुड़े लोगों को विशेष बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएँ। मानसखण्ड झांकी में राज्य के प्रमुख धाम जागेश्वर धाम, उत्तराखण्ड की संस्कृति, कला को दर्शाया गया है। मानसखण्ड झांकी उत्तराखण्ड के सभी ब्लॉक मुख्यालयों व मुख्य शहरों में 05 अप्रैल से लेकर 18 मई तक भ्रमण पर रहेगी। इससे राज्य के सभी जगहों के लोग विशेषकर बच्चे इस झांकी से अवगत हो पाएंगे। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन पर मिशन मोड पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। राज्य सरकार उत्तराखण्ड की सांस्कृतिक व धार्मिक धरोहरों के पुनरुद्धार के लिए गंभीरता से कार्य कर रही है। इस अवसर पर अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, महानिदेशक सूचना बंशीधर तिवारी, अपर निदेशक सूचना आशीष त्रिपाठी, झांकी लीडर केएस चैहान, आचार्य मनमोहन लोहनी उपस्थित थे।
