नई टिहरी, । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को कलक्ट्रेट सभागार टिहरी में जन प्रतिनिधियों एवं अधिकारियों के साथ प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मन की बात कार्यक्रम को सुना। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने मन की बात में अपील की है कि त्योहारों में स्थानीय उत्पादों का अधिक से अधिक प्रयोग किया जाए। यह वोकल फॉर लोकल की दिशा में एक अच्छा प्रयास होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने से हमारे स्थानीय लोगों की आजीविका बढ़ेगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उस्ताद बिस्मिल्लाह खान युवा पुरस्कार से सम्मानित बागेश्वर जनपद के लोक गायक पूरन सिंह राठौर का प्रधानमंत्री ने मन की बात कार्यक्रम में उल्लेख किया। दिव्यांग होने के बावजूद भी उनके द्वारा उत्तराखण्ड की संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने के लिए जो कार्य किये जा रहे हैं, उसके लिए वे साधुवाद के पात्र हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि मन में कुछ करने का जोश हो तो विषम परिस्थितियों में भी सब कुछ संभव है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री का मन की बात कार्यक्रम सबके लिए प्रेरणादायी होता है। इस कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से देशभर में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में सराहनीय कार्य करने वालों के बारे में भी लोगों को जानकारी मिलती है, इससे अन्य लोग भी विशिष्ट कार्यों के लिए प्रेरित होते हैं। इस अवसर पर सांसद टिहरी गढ़वाल मालाराज्य लक्ष्मी शाह, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष टिहरी सोना सजवाण, विधायक टिहरी किशोर उपाध्याय, धनोल्टी प्रीतम सिंह पंवार, देवप्रयाग विनोद कंडारी, घनसाली शक्तिलाल शाह, प्रदेश महामंत्री भाजपा आदित्य कोठारी, जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा राजेश नौटियाल, ब्लॉक प्रमुख जाखणीधार सुनीता देवी, चंबा शिवानी बिष्ट, जिलाधिकारी डॉ. सौरभ गहरवार, वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक नवनीत सिंह भुल्लर, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी मनीष कुमार उपस्थित थे।
