लखनऊ । उत्तर प्रदेश में रविवार को होने वाली ‘उप्र टीईटी (अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा)-2021’ का प्रश्न पत्र लीक होने की वजह से परीक्षा स्थगित कर दी गई है और पुलिस ने इस मामले में प्रश्न पत्र लीक करने वाले गिरोह के 26 सदस्यों को राज्य के विभिन्न जिलों से गिरफ्तार किया है।
अपर मुख्य सचिव, बेसिक शिक्षा दीपक कुमार और अपर पुलिस महानिदेशक (कानून-व्यवस्था) प्रशांत कुमार ने रविवार को यहां पत्रकारों को बताया कि गिरफ्तार आरोपियों के पास से बरामद प्रश्न पत्र की प्रति को शासन के साथ साझा किया गया, जिसमें लीक हुई सामग्री अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा के वास्तविक प्रश्न पत्र से मेल खाती थी। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि इसी कारण परीक्षा स्थगित करने और अगले एक माह में दोबारा परीक्षा आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। इसमें होने वाले खर्च का वहन राज्य सरकार करेगी और अभ्यर्थी को दोबारा फॉर्म नहीं भरना पड़ेगा।
उन्होंने बताया कि अभ्यर्थियों की सहूलियत के लिए राज्य सरकार ने तय किया है कि प्रवेश पत्र के आधार पर अभ्यर्थियों को सरकारी बसों में निशुल्क अपने गंतव्य तक जाने का अवसर मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि मामले में जांच की जिम्मेदारी विशेष कार्य बल (एसटीएफ) को सौंपी गई है और दोषियों को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। एडीजी प्रशांत कुमार ने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा आयोजित उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा-2021 (यूपी टीईटी-2021) की परीक्षाएं रविवार को दो पालियों में (दस से साढ़े 12 बजे और ढाई से पांच बजे तक) राज्य के सभी 75 जिलों के 2,736 परीक्षा केंद्रों पर होनी थी। उन्होंने बताया कि इसमें 19 लाख 99 हजार 418 परीक्षार्थी शामिल होने वाले थे। परीक्षा में आयोजन में किसी प्रकार की गड़बड़ी को रोकने के मद्देनजर नकल माफिया और सॉल्वर गैंग पर नजर रखने के लिए जाल बिछाया गया और मुखबिर तथा खुफिया जानकारी के आधार पर शनिवार रात से अब तक 23 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
एडीजी कुमार ने बताया कि मामले में लखनऊ से चार लोगों को पकड़ा गया है, वहीं पुलिस के विशेष कार्यबल (एसटीएफ) ने मेरठ से तीन लोगों को, एसटीएफ वाराणसी और गोरखपुर की टीम ने दो लोगों को, कौशांबी से एक और प्रयागराज से 16 व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि मामले में कुछ और लोगों को गिरफ्तार किए जाने की संभावना है। गिरफ्तार सदस्यों में कुछ बिहार के निवासी हैं। वहीं दूसरी ओर एसटीएफ की प्रयागराज इकाई ने गिरोह के सरगना समेत 16 सदस्यों को विभिन्न थाना क्षेत्रों से रविवार को गिरफ्तार किया गया। नैनी थाना क्षेत्र से इस गिरोह के मुख्य सरगना राजेंद्र पटेल, निवासी रानीगंज, प्रतापगढ़ सहित सन्नी सिंह, टिंकू कुमार, नीरज शुक्ला, शीतल कुमार, धनंजय कुमार, कुनैन राजा और शिवदयाल को गिरफ्तार किया गया। इसके अलावा, झूंसी थाना क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत अनुराग, अभिषेक सिंह और सत्य प्रकाश सिंह को गिरफ्तार किया गया। सत्य प्रकाश के मोबाइल फोन में व्हाट्सऐप में हल किया गया प्रश्न पत्र पाया गया है। सत्य प्रकाश प्राथमिक विद्यालय, करिया खुर्द, शंकरगढ़ में सहायक अध्यापक के पद पर कार्यरत है। कुमार ने बताया कि जॉर्ज टाउन थाना क्षेत्र से चतुर्भुज सिंह, संजय सिंह, अजय कुमार, ब्रह्मा शंकर सिंह और सुनील कुमार सिंह को गिरफ्तार किया गया।
