देहरादून। आगामी 30 साल की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए राज्य में जलापूर्ति के लिए कार्ययोजना बनाई जाए। वर्षा जल संरक्षण और भू जल स्तर को बढ़ाने के लिए प्रभावी कदम उठाये जाएं। जल स्रोतों, नदियों और जल धाराओं के पुनर्जीवीकरण के लिए जन सहयोग लिया जाए और इस क्षेत्र में कार्य कर रहे लोगों के सुझाव लेकर उनको आगे की कार्ययोजनाओं में शामिल किया जाए। पेयजल, जल संचय और जल संरक्षण के लिए आगामी 10 सालों और आगामी 30 सालों की आवश्यकताओं के हिसाब से अलग-अलग ठोस प्लान बनाया जाए। राज्य की अंतिम सीमा तक गंगा का जल पूर्ण रूप से पीने लायक हो इस दिशा में कार्य किये जाएं। गंगा की सहायक नदियों पर एसटीपी के कार्य किए जाएं। गंगा की स्वच्छता के लिए जन सहयोग और सुझाव लिये जाएं। ये निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरुवार को सचिवालय में पेयजल और जलागम की बैठक के दौरान दिये। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन के तहत लगे कनेक्शनों से लोगों को नियमित जलापूर्ति हो, इसके लिए पुराने जल स्रोतों के पुनर्जीवीकरण के साथ ही नये जल स्रोत भी चिन्हित किये जाएं, जिससे गर्मियों में पेयजल की समस्या न हो। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पानी के स्टोरेज टैंक और पेयजल टैंकर की नियमित सफाई की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में पेयजल की गुणवत्ता की समय-समय पर टेस्टिंग की जाए। गुणवत्ता के सभी मानक सही पाये जाने पर प्राकृतिक जल स्रोतों से निकलने वाले पानी के अधिक उपयोग के लिए लोगों को जागरूक किया जाए। लोगों को पेयजल की परेशानी न हो, इसके लिए टोल फ्री नम्बर के साथ ही जनपद स्तर पर कंट्रोल रूम भी बनाए जाएं। जन शिकायतों की विभाग स्तर पर नियमित मॉनिटरिंग भी की जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 05 साल से एक ही स्थान पर तैनात कार्मिकों की सूची उपलब्ध कराई जाए। बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि राज्य में जल सखी, जल पुनरुपयोग और पेयजल प्रबंधन पर विशेष फोकस किया जा रहा है। जल सखी में स्वयं सहायता समूह को जोड़ते हुए लोकल स्तर पर ही बिलिंग, बिल सुधार और योजनाओं के रखरखाव की योजना प्रस्तावित है। इसके साथ ही जल के बेहतर प्रबंधन के लिए एसटीपी से उपचारित जल को बागवानी, सिंचाई, औद्योगिक क्षेत्र, नर्सरी, कार धुलाई, कृषि आदि में उपयोग में लाया जाएगा। गंगा तथा उसकी सहायक नदियों का जल राज्य की अन्तिम सीमा तक ए श्रेणी में ही आगे प्रवाहित हो, इस दिशा में कार्य किये जा रहे हैं।
