रुद्रपुर। पूर्व विधायक प्रेमानंद महाजन ने जर्जर मटकोटा – दिनेशपुर मार्ग पर हो रहे हादसे तथा यूथ कांग्रेस विधानसभा अध्यक्ष पर फायरिंग को लेकर कानून व्यवस्था पर लगाया सवालिया निशान। महाजन ने शासन प्रशासन को जिम्मेदार ठहराते हुए तत्काल मटकोटा सड़क के पुनर्निर्माण के साथ उसके चैड़ीकरण की मांग की है। सिर्फ खानापूर्ति करते हुए गड्ढे पाटने से काम नही चलेगा। महाजन ने प्रेस वार्ता करते हुए बताया कि यूथ कांग्रेस विधानसभा अध्यक्ष वरिष्ठ कांग्रेसी अनिल सिंह के सुपुत्र पर रुद्रपुर में फायरिंग करने को लेकर कानून व्यवस्था पर सवालिया निशान लगाते हुए कहा कि बीते दिनों फायरिंग करने के आरोपी के द्वारा 2022 में फिरौती मांगी गई थी। फिरौती नहीं मिलने पर गदरपुर में इसी के ऊपर फायरिंग की गई थी। जिसमें वहां बाल बाल बच गए थे। जिनकी तहरीर पूर्व में रुद्रपुर कोतवाली मे वरिष्ठ कांग्रेसी नेता अनिल सिंह के द्वारा दी गई थी। लेकिन उसे पर ठीक तरीके से कोई कार्रवाई न होने के कारण दोबारा हाल ही में रुद्रपुर में फायरिंग की गई है। जिससे घायल पीड़ित का अभी भी इलाज चल रहा है। बताया कि यदि प्रशासन उस समय मामले को ठीक तरीके से कार्रवाई करती तो आज विदेश में बैठकर पूणः एक बार फिर प्रशांत के ऊपर फायरिंग नहीं होती। उन्होंने सरकार पर क्षेत्र के लोगों को बिजली पानी स्वस्थ जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध नहीं कर पाने का आरोप भी लगाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि लंबे संघर्ष के बाद मटकोटा दिनेशपुर मार्ग का निर्माण हुआ। लगभग 75 करोड रुपए से बनाई गई है सड़क एक साल भी नही चल सकी और बुरी तरह जर्जर हो गई। क्षतिग्रस्त सड़क पर बने गड्ढों से आए दिन दुर्घटना में लोग अपनी जान गवा रहे हैं। मगर शासन प्रशासन ने वायदे के बावजूद इस सड़क पर अभी तक कार्य आरंभ नहीं किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सड़क के पुनर्निर्माण के साथ इसके चैड़ीकरण की नितांत आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि यदि शीघ्र मार्ग पर दुरुस्तीकरण का कार्य आरंभ नहीं हुआ तो कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता सड़क पर उतरकर आंदोलन को बाध्य होंगे। उन्होंने शासन प्रशासन पर क्षेत्रवासियों को बिजली पानी और स्वास्थ्य जैसी बुनियादी समस्या भी उपलब्ध नहीं पाने का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि क्षेत्र में अघोषित बिजली कटौती से जनता तस्त है वही स्वास्थ केन्द्र में बुनियादी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध नही है। कहा सभी बुनियादी समस्याओं को लेकर कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता शीघ्र ही सड़क पर उतरेंगे।
