-कोर्ट के आदेश पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर पुलिस ने शुरू की जांच
काशीपुर। जमीन का पट्टा दिलाने के नाम पर धोखाधड़ी से डेढ़ लाख रूपये हड़प लेने के आरोप में पुलिस ने सुभाष नगर स्थित चकबंदी कार्यालय में कार्यरत पेशकार के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज की है।
आवास विकास निवासी हरी सिंह पुत्र रघुवीर सिंह ने अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र देकर बताया कि सितम्बर 2019 में चकबंदी कार्यालय काशीपुर मंे तैनात पेशकार रूपेन्द्र सिंह ने उसे बताया कि हाईकोर्ट नैनीताल से एक रिट याचिका स्वीकृत की गई है जिसमें ओबीसी, एससी जाति के लोगों को उत्तराखण्ड में पांच एकड़ जमीन पट्टे पर आवंटित की जायेगी। रूपेन्द्र ने रिट के बारे में अपने मोबाइल पर उसे नजीर दिखाई और पांच एकड़ जमीन का पट्टा दिलाने को कहते हुए कहा कि उसके लिए डेढ़ लाख रूपये देने होंगे। हरी सिंह के मुताबिक उसने चकबंदी कर्मचारी को उक्त रकम दे दी। आरोप है कि अपने स्टाफ के कर्मचारियों के साथ रूपेन्द्र उसे कई बार जमीन की पैमाईश के लिए किलावली गांव ले गया, लेकिन दो साल बीतने पर भी उसे पट्टा नहीं दिलाया और मांगने के बावजूद रकम नहीं लौटायी। इस बाबत बीती 3 मार्च को कोतवाली में तहरीर दी गई लेकिन कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई। इस पर उसे अदालत की शरण लेनी पड़ी। प्रार्थना-पत्र का संज्ञान लेती अदालत ने पुलिस को मामले की रिपोर्ट दर्ज करने के आदेश दिये। अदालत के आदेश पर पुलिस ने पेशकार के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली है।
