बरेली । उत्तर प्रदेश के बरेली जिले से एक ऐसी खबर सामने आई है, जिसे सुनकर आप अपने दांतों दले ऊंगली दबा लेंगे। जी हां…यहां एक मामलू-सी पंचर की दुकान चलाने वाला अनपढ़ शख्स करोड़ों की प्रॉपर्टी का मालिक निकला। पुलिस भी अनपढ़ आरोपी के शातिर दिमाग की कारिस्तानी से हैरान रह गई। बता दें कि पंचर बाने वाले इस शख्स ने पिछले एक साल में करीब 7 करोड़ रुपए की संपत्ति अर्जित कर ली थी। इतना ही नहीं, बाइक का एक शोरूम भी खोल लिया था। अनपढ़ है इस्लाम खान, लगता है पंचर इस्लाम खान बरेली जिले के नकटिया इलाके का रहने वाला है और अनपढ़ है। इस्लाम खान ने दिल्ली-लखनऊ हाइवे किनारे टायर पंचर बनाने के लिए एक खोखा रख लिया था। लेकिन पंचर बनाकर वह दिन के 300 से 400 रुपए कमाता था। इस आमदनी से इस्लाम खान जैसे-तैसे करके गुजारा करने लगा था। इस्लाम के मन भी अमीर बनने की इच्छा थी, इसी दौरान उसकी मुलाकात स्मैक तस्कर नन्हे लंगड़ा से हुई। पंचर दुकान की आड़े में करने लगा ड्रग और स्मैक की तस्करी इस्लाम खान पंचर की दुकान की आड़ में नन्हे लंगड़ा के लिए ड्रग और स्मैक की तस्करी करने लगा। इस दौरान इस्लाम खान एक ही साल में करोड़ों रुपए की प्रॉपर्टी खड़ी कर ली। इस्लाम अनपढ़ जरुर था, लेकिन शातिर दिमाग इतना की पुलिस से बचने के लिए उसने यह प्रॉपर्टी अपने नाम ना खरीदकर अपनी पत्नी और बेटों के नाम पर खरीदी थी। काली कमाई के इन रुपयों से इस्लाम ने एक बाइक का शोरूम भी खोल लिया था। इस्लाम शातिर दिमाग जरुर था, लेकिन इतना भी शातिर नहीं की पुलिस की नजरों से बच सके। दरअसल, कुछ समय पहले बरेली पुलिस नन्हे लंगड़ा और उसके भतीजे को स्मैक की तस्करी करते रंगे हाथों पकड़ लिया था। पुलिस ने दोनों को जेल भेजकर मामले की जांच में शुरू की तो इस्लाम खान का नाम भी सामने आया। इस्लाम का नाम सामने आने के बाद पुलिस ने अपनी खुफिया विभाग (एलआईयू) को एक्टिव किया। ऐसे हुआ पुलिस को शक सादे कपड़ों में खुफिया विभाग ने इस्लाम की जांच पड़ताल की तो पता चला कि वह पंचर बनाने का काम करता है। हालांकि, उसके रहन सहन और पहनावे से पुलिस को उस पर शक हो गया था। लेकिन पुलिस के हाथ कुछ भी नहीं लगा। इसके बाद पुलिस ने इस्लाम खान के आधार कार्ड और पेनकार्ड की जांच की गई तो सारा रिकॉर्ड सामने आ गया। एसपी ग्रामीण ने बताया कि इस्लाम और उसके परिवार के आयकर रिटर्न में एक बड़ी रकम दिखाई गई है, जो हाल ही में आई थी। बताया कि उसने हाइवे पर एक बहुमंजिला इमारत बनाई थी और एक बाइक का शोरूम भी खोला था। पूछताछ के दौरान फंस गया इस्लाम खान पंचर बनाने वाले इस्लाम खान से खाते में जमा हुई रकम के बार में पूछताछ की तो सारा मामला सामने आ गया। फिलहाल पुलिस ने उसकी संपत्तियों को जब्त कर गैंगस्टर एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कर उसे जेल भेज दिया है। वहीं, बीडीए ने पुलिस के साथ मिलकर हाल ही में इस्लाम द्वारा खोला गया बाइक शोरूम को ध्वस्त कर दिया है।
