देहरादून-मसूरी रोड़ पर बैली ब्रिज बनाने का युद्ध स्तर पर चल रहा है काम
देहरादून। भारी वर्षा, भूस्खलन एवं बादल फटने के कारण जनपद में लोक निर्माण विभाग के 62 मार्ग एवं 08 सेतु क्षतिग्रस्त हुए हैं। प्रदेश के लोक निर्माण एवं सिंचाई मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने बूद्धवार को देहरादून जनपद के भारी वर्षा, भूस्खलन एवं बादल फटने से प्रभावित क्षेत्रों केशरवाला-मालदेवता, कुमाल्डा-कद्दूखाल, खैरी मानसिंह मार्गों सहित देहरादून-मसूरी मार्ग पर शिव मंदिर के समीप क्षतिग्रस्त सेतु का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर लोक निर्माण एवं सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने बताया कि क्षतिग्रस्त 8 सेतुओं में से 05 सेतुओं पर स्थाई रूप से कार्य करवा कर यातायात हेतु चालू करवा दिया गया है, जबकि शेष 03 सेतु में से क्षतिग्रस्त देहरादून-मसूरी मोटर मार्ग में शिव मंदिर की पास क्षतिग्रस्त सेतु पर बैली ब्रिज निर्माण का कार्य युद्ध स्तर पर किया जा रहा है जिसे शीघ्र ही यातायात हेतु खोल दिया जायेगा। स्थलीय निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने मीडिया से बातचीत करते हुए कहा कि राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 72, उत्तरांचल यूनिवर्सिटी, झाझरा सेतु के समीप हयूम पाईप वायर क्रेट डायवर्जन तथा कार्लीगाड मझाडाघ् मोटर मार्ग के क्षतिग्रस्त सेतु पर गैबियन लगाकर फिलिंग करके अस्थाई कार्य प्रारम्भ करवा दिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि 35 मार्गो पर यातायात बहाल कर दिया गया है जबकि से 27 मार्गो पर यातायात बहाल करने के लिए लगातार कार्य चल रहा है।लोक निर्माण मंत्री महाराज ने कहा कि लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा मालदेवता-केशरवाला में 300 मीटर क्षतिग्रस्त मोटर मार्ग को खोलने का काम लगातार चल रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि नदियों का चैनेलाइजेशन होना अति आवश्यक है। इसके लिए सिंचाई, आपदा एवं खनन विभाग आपस में मिलकर काम करें ताकि नदियों का पानी रिहायसी क्षेत्र में ना घुसने पाए। लोक निर्माण एवं सिंचाई मंत्री ने लोगों से अनुरोध किया है कि वह नदी-नालों के निकट निर्माण कार्य न करें। भारी वर्षा, भूस्खलन एवं बादल फटने से प्रभावित क्षेत्रों का निरीक्षण करने के बाद उन्होंने बताया कि सबसे ज्यादा क्षति रायपुर, कुमाल्डा कद्दूखाल मोटर मार्ग, केसर वाला मार्ग, खैरी मानसिंह मार्ग एवं सहस्त्रधारा तथा मसूरी क्षेत्र के आसपास के मार्गों को हुई है। यातायात हेतु अवरुद्ध मोटर मार्गो को शीघ्र सुचारू करते हुए आवश्यक सुविधाओं को शीघ्र बहाल करने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दे दिए गए हैं। स्थलीय निरीक्षण के दौरान लोक निर्माण विभाग के प्रमुख अभियंता राजेश कुमार शर्मा सहित लोक निर्माण एवं सिंचाई विभाग के अनेक अधिकारी मौके पर मौजूद रहे।
