काशीपुर। सरवरखेड़ा स्थित दवा कंपनी के रिकॉर्ड रूम में देर शाम आग लग गई। दमकल विभाग और निजी, कंपनियों की अग्निशमन गाड़ियों ने करीब दो घंटे की मशक्कत के बाद आग पर काबू पाया। आग से हुए नुकसान का सही आंकलन नहीं हो सका है। आग लगने का कारण शॉर्ट सर्किट बताया गया है। जसपुर रोड पर कृषि उत्पादन मंडी के सामने एग्रोन रेमेडीज नाम से दवा की फैक्ट्री है। होली के चलते शनिवार को फैक्ट्री में कर्मचारी अपेक्षाकृत कम थे। शाम करीब पौने सात बजे फैक्ट्री के तिमंजिला स्थित रिकॉर्ड रूम से धुआं उठते दिखाई दिया। गार्ड ने प्लांट मैनेजर नरेंद्र पंचाल को सूचना दी। फैक्ट्री कर्मियों ने आग पर काबू पाने का प्रयास किया लेकिन आग फैलती चली गई। मौके पर पहुंची फायर यूनिट की तीन बड़ी और एक छोटी गाड़ी ने आग बुझाने का प्रयास किया। फायर यूनिट कर्मचारी तीसरी मंजिल तक पहुंचे। उन्होंने मोटर फायर इंजन से होज पाइप लगाकर और पंपिंग कर आग बुझाई। आग बुझाने के लिए पेपर मिलों की तीन गाड़ियों की भी मदद लेनी पड़ी। इस दौरान फैक्ट्री के एसी सिस्टम का कंप्रेशर तेज धमाके के साथ फट गया। फैक्ट्री के पार्टनर मुदित अग्रवाल ने बताया कि वह शहर से बाहर हैं इस कारण आग से हुए नुकसान के बारे में उन्हें सही जानकारी नहीं है। हालांकि रिकॉर्ड रूम के साथ कीमती दवाओं, कच्चे माल के नष्ट होने की सूचना है। आग बुझाने वाली टीम मंे एफएसएसओ वंश नारायण यादव, लीडिंग फायरमैन खीमानंद, चंदन सिंह पनारी, हंसदास, सुमित कुमार, दीपक राठौड़, अनिल कुमार, अभिमन्यू, फायरमैन अर्जुन सिंह, जगदीश प्रसाद आदि थे। तहसीलदार पूनम पंत, मंडी चौकी प्रभारी मनोहर सिंह ने भी मौके पर पहंचकर जानकारी जुटाई।
