चेन लूटकर भागनेे वाले दो युवक गिरफ्तार, चेन बरामद
काशीपुर। बाइक सवार दो युवक एक महिला अधिवक्ता की चैन और लॉकेट लूट कर फरार हुए युवकों को पुलिस ने दबोच लिया है।
घटना की विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुए एसपी अभय सिंह व सीओ अनुषा बढ़ोला ने बताया कि जसपुर खुर्द, काशीपुर निवासी महिला अधिवक्ता रूहम पुत्री दिलशाद हुसैन ने पुलिस को तहरीर देकर बताया था कि बीती 11 जून की शाम वह चन्द्रा पेट्रोल पंप के पास स्थित जिम से घर जा रही थी कि तभी चीमा चौराहा पर कुण्डेश्वरी रोड की तरफ से आ रहे दो अज्ञात बाइक सवार युवकांे ने उनकी चैन व लॉकेट झपट्टा मारकर लूट लिये और तेजी से आरओबी की ओर चले गये। उन्होंने बताया कि बाइक चालक ने हेलमेट, जबकि पीछे बैठे व्यक्ति ने मास्क लगाया हुआ था। महिला अधिवक्ता की तहरीर के आधार पर पुलिस ने दो अज्ञात लुटेरों के खिलाफ धारा 379 आईपीसी के तहत केस दर्ज किया था। आज मुखबिर की सूचना पर नया ढेेला पुल की तरफ से आते हुये हैदर अली पुत्र युसूफ तथा लईक पुत्र तौफीक निवासीगण ठंडा नाला गूलरभोज थाना गदरपुर को मय घटना में प्रयुक्त मोटरसाईकिल व लूटी हुई चैन के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया तथा अभियोग में धारा 411/ 34 भादवि की वृ(ि की गयी। अभियुक्तगणों के द्वारा पुलिस को बताया गया कि जब उनका त्यौहार आता है तो उससे पूर्व वह झपटामारी व चोरी की घटना करते है जिससे उनका त्यौहार सही प्रकार से मनाया जा सके। पुलिस टीम में प्रभारी निरीक्षक आशुतोश कुमार सिंह, एसएसआई सतीश कुमार शर्मा, एसएसआई विपुल जोशी चौकी प्रभारी कटोराताल, एसआई चित्रगुप्त, कांस्टेबल प्रेम कनवाल, दीपक कुमार, गजेन्द्र सिंह, सुरेन्द्र सिंह थे।
