बुरी तरह पीट पीट कर की गई थी हत्या

ठाकुरद्वारा/ मुरादाबाद । कोतवाली क्षेत्र के गांव फरीदनगर में हुए अजीम हत्याकांड में शामिल उत्तराखंड के काशीपुर निवासी वांछित आरोपी जुनेद उर्फ कुंजा को ठाकुरद्वारा पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है।
कोतवाली क्षेत्र के गांव फरीदनगर निवासी अजीम पुत्र शमीम को इसी गांव के नशे के शौकीन मोसीम उर्फ गुज्जर पुत्र सलीम , सईद पुत्र कदीर व सुहैल पुत्र सगीर व काशीपुर के मोहल्ला अली खां निवासी जुनैद उर्फ कुन्जा पुत्र भूरे ने बीते तीन दिसबंर की रात्रि में नशे के आदियों ने एक राय होकर पीट पीट कर इसलिए हत्या की थी कि अजीम स्मैक के नशे का शौकीन था I वह स्मैक इन तस्करों से न खरीद कर अन्य लोगों से खरीदता था I इसी के चलते उसे पूरी तरह पीट-पीटकर मौत के घाट उतार दिया था । 3 दिसंबर को अजीम को मरण अवस्था में उसके घर के दरवाजे पर छोड़ यह लोग फरार हो गए थे उसने अपनी मौत से पहले इन तीनों लोगों पर पीटने का आरोप लगाया था इस पर मृतक अजीम के पिता शमीम अहमद की तहरीर पर हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज किया ग्या था । जिसमें पुलिस ने मोसीम उर्फ गुज्जर , सईद व सुहैल को अजीम हत्याकांड में गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया था। अजीम हत्याकांड के फरार चल रहे आरोपी जुनैद उर्फ कुन्जा को कोतवाल मोहित चौधरी, ने पुलिस टीम के साथ बुधवार की सुबह बॉर्डर पर घेराबंदी कर गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस ने आरोपी का चालान कर न्यायालय में पेश किया। जहां से आरोपी को तेज भेज दिय गया है।
