जयपुर । अक्सर देखने में आता हैं, कि अगर किसी कम उम्र लड़की की शादी हो रही हैं,तब वह अपनी शादी रुकवाने का प्रयास करती है। लेकिन राजस्थान में एक 19 साल के लड़के ने फोन करके अपनी शादी रुकवा दी। मामला दौसा का है। उसकी शादी सोमवार को होने वाली थी। लेकिन युवक स्टेट चाइल्ड कमीशन को फोन करके बताया और शादी रुक गई। शिकायत करने वाला लड़का 12वीं का छात्र है।लड़के ने कहा, वह आगे पढ़ाई करना चाहता है। मामले की जानकारी होने के बाद चाइल्ड कमीशन ने जिला प्रशासन को निर्देश दिए हैं। प्रशासन से कहा गया है कि वह इस बात पर नजर रखे की छात्र की शादी कानूनी रूप से तय 21 साल की उम्र में ही हो। राजस्थान बाल अधिकार की अध्यक्ष संगीता बेनीवाल ने बताया कि संभवतरू यह पहली बार है कि किसी लड़के ने फोन करके अपनी शादी रुकवाई है।लड़के ने फोन करके बताया था कि उसकी सोमवार को शादी है।लड़के शादी के कार्ड की फोटो के साथ एजप्रूफ के तौर पर दसवीं की मार्कशीट की फोटो भी भेजी थी। इसके बाद बेनीवाल ने अधिकारियों को फोन करके शादी रुकवाने का निर्देश दिया।
अधिकारी ने कहाकि यह अच्छी बात है, कि लड़के भी अगर अंडरएज शादी के खिलाफ आवाज उठा रहे हैं। गौरतलब है कि हाल ही में नेशनल फैमिली हेल्थ सर्वे का पांचवां संस्करण आया है। इसमें बताया गया है कि 28.2 फीसदी लड़के कानूनी उम्र पूरी करने से पहले ही शादी के बंधन में बंध चुके थे। वहीं 25.4 फीसदी लड़कियों की शादी भी कानूनी रूप से उम्र पूरा करने के पहले ही हो चुकी थी। हालांकि राजस्थान में बाल विवाह के मामलों में कमी आई है। ग्रामीण इलाकों की बात करें तो 2015-16 में यहां पर 44.7 फीसदी बाल विवाह के मामले सामने आए थे। वहीं 2019-20 में यह 33.2 फीसदी पर आ चुका था।
