हर स्थिति में राज्य सरकार, सैनिकों और उनके परिजनों के साथ है: सीएम
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास में केंद्र द्वारा जारी दिशा निर्देशों के क्रम में राज्य स्तर पर की गई तैयारियों एवं अन्य महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर समीक्षा बैठक ली।मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा राज्य में वर्तमान समय में स्थिति सामान्य है परंतु सभी विभाग और अधिकारियों को किसी भी स्थिति से निपटने के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को बॉर्डर एरिया में सघन चेकिंग अभियान एवं जनपदों में सामरिक महत्व के स्थलों की सुरक्षा पर विशेष ध्यान देने के निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा राज्य में संवेदनशील स्थानों, महत्वपूर्ण स्थानों, चारधाम यात्रा स्थलों, अन्य मार्गों पर सुरक्षा के समुचित उपाय किए जाए। उन्होंने वेरिफिकेशन ड्राइव में तेजी लाने के साथ ही संदिग्ध लोगों की पहचान तथा सत्यापन करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया एवं अन्य माध्यम में संवेदनशील खबरों एवं फेक न्यूज का संज्ञान लेते हुए उचित कार्यवाही किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार, राज्य भर में मॉक ड्रिल का आयोजन करेगी। उन्होंने कहा सम्भावित खतरों की चेतावनी हेतु सभी जनपदों में सायरन की समुचित व्यवस्था की जाए। साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री ने सीमांत क्षेत्रों के स्थानीय निवासियों के साथ प्रशासन को संवाद स्थापित करने के भी निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा देश की वर्तमान स्थिति पर सभी प्रदेशवासी देश के सैनिकों के साथ खड़े हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को केंद्र द्वारा जारी दिशा निर्देशों का शत प्रतिशत सख्ती से पालन करने के भी निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में सर्व धर्म सभा, और पद यात्रा का आयोजन करके इन कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से सेना के मानोबल बढ़ाया जाएगा । राज्य सरकार हर स्थिति में सैनिकों और उनके परिजनो के साथ खड़ी है। उन्होंने कहा उत्तराखंड राज्य में हर परिवार का कोई सदस्य सेना में है, ऐसे में सभी का मनोबल बढ़ाना हम सभी का कर्तव्य है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा भारत को एकता में ही उसकी शक्ति है। हम हर चुनौती से निपटने के लिए सक्षम हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने चारधाम यात्रा मार्गों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरों और ड्रोन से सख्त निगरानी रखे जाने, जरूरत पड़ने पर सीसीटीवी कैमरों की संख्या को बढ़ाया जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि प्रदेशभर में खाद्यान्न और चिकित्सा उपकरणों और दवाइयों की उपलब्धता पूरी तरह बने रहे। सभी सचिवों को विभिन्न यात्रा मार्ग में स्थलीय निरीक्षण करने के लिए भेजा जाएगा, जिसके निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री ने मुख्य सचिव को दिए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा चार धाम यात्रा का सुगम और सुरक्षित संचालन राज्य में हो रहा है। यात्रियों की सुरक्षा, सरकार की प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने कहा सभी सचिवों को समय-समय पर चार धाम यात्रा का स्थलीय निरीक्षण करने यात्रा मार्ग पर भी भेजा जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा राज्य में चार धाम यात्रा पूर्ण रूप से सुरक्षित है मुख्यमंत्री ने चार धाम यात्रा के साथ ही अन्य धार्मिक यात्राओं में सुरक्षा की कड़ी व्यवस्था करने के भी निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा राज्य में हेली सेवाओं का संचालन भी सुगमता से हो रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा चार धाम यात्रा की रियल टाइम मॉनिटरिंग भी की जाए। उन्होंने सभी विभाग आगामी मानसून से पहले सभी तैयारियां पूर्ण कर लेने के निर्देश दिए।मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार भ्रष्टाचार को जीरो टाॅलरेंस का संकल्प है। ऐसे में सभी अधिकारी भ्रष्टाचार की शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लेकर उसपर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा आमजन को परेशान करने वाले किसी भी भ्रष्टाचारी को छोड़ा नहीं जाएगा एवं भ्रष्टाचार के मामलों पर प्राथमिकता से कड़ी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
