सीएम ने प्रदान किये 126 नव चयनित ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारियों को नियुक्ति पत्र
देहरादून। सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मुख्यमंत्री आवास स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में पंचायतीराज विभाग के अन्तर्गत 126 नवनियुक्त ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारियों को नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किये। पिछले साढ़े तीन सालों में राज्य में 20 हजार से अधिक युवाओं को सरकारी सेवाओं में नौकरी प्रदान की गई है। सीएम ने सभी अभ्यर्थियों को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि यह दिन आपके जीवन में एक नया अध्याय लेकर आया है। उन्होंने आशा व्यक्त करते हुए कहा नव चयनित अभ्यर्थी लोकतंत्र की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण इकाई ग्राम पंचायत के अभिन्न अंग बनकर गाँवों का समग्र विकास सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में कार्य करेंगे। राज्य के समग्र विकास के लिए गांवों का विकास जरूरी है। गांवों के विकास में एक ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण होती है। सीएम ने कहा कि राज्य में देश का सबसे सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया गया है। इस कानून में सजा और जुर्माने के कठोर प्राविधान किये गए हैं। जब मेहनती और ईमानदार व्यक्ति अपनी लगन और मेहनत के दम पर कोई पद प्राप्त करता है, तो वह आम लोगों की पीड़ा और समस्याओं को समझकर ईमानदारी से अपना काम करता है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार उत्तराखंड को देश का अग्रणी राज्य बनाने के उद्देश्य से शहरों के साथ गांवों के विकास पर भी प्राथमिकता के साथ कार्य कर रही है। राज्य में सख्त भू-कानून के लिए विधानसभा में विधेयक पारित हो चुका है। सीएम ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड के निर्माण का सपना हमारे आन्दोलनकारियों ने इसलिए देखा था कि उत्तराखण्ड के अंतिम छोर में खड़े हुए व्यक्ति तक विकास पहुंचे। सभी उत्तराखण्डवासी मिल जुलकर राज्य को आगे बढ़ायें। सीएम ने सभी उत्तराखण्ड वासियों से आग्रह किया कि किसी भी प्रकार के बहकावे में न आकर एक उत्तराखण्ड की भावना से मिलकर कार्य करें। उन्होंने सख्त लहजे में कहा कि चाहे वे कोई भी हों, मंत्री हों, विधायक हों, सांसद हों या कोई आम उत्तराखंडी ही क्यों न हों, उत्तराखंड की एकता के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वालों को सरकार बिल्कुल भी माफ नहीं करेगी। आज के बाद सभी प्रकार के भड़काऊ बयानों को गंभीरता से लिया जाएगा और उत्तराखंड की अस्मिता से खिलवाड़ करने वालों पर सख्त कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। पंचायती राज मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने सभी नवचयनित ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारियों को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश में डबल इंजन की सरकार द्वारा प्रदेश के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए अनेक योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं। जनवरी 2025 में समान नागरिक संहिता लागू कर उत्तराखण्ड यह कानून लागू करने वाला देश का पहला राज्य बना है। पंचायतीराज विभाग द्वारा ग्राम पंचायतों में अवस्थापना सुविधाओं के तहत पंचायत भवनों का निर्माण, अतिरिक्त कक्षों का निर्माण कराये जा रहे हैं। विभाग द्वारा परिवार रजिस्टर, जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र, भवन निर्माण अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र ऑनलाइन निर्गत किये जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पंचायतों में कम्प्यूटरीकरण का कार्य किया जा रहा है। आगामी दो वर्षों में सभी पंचायतों में कंप्यूटर स्थापित किये जायेंगे। इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी, राज्यसभा सांसद नरेश बंसल, विधायक खजानदास, सविता कपूर, बृजभूषण गैरोला, एकल सदस्यीय समर्पित आयोग के अध्यक्ष बी.एस वर्मा, सचिव पंचायती राज चन्द्रेश यादव, निदेशक पंचायती राज निधि यादव उपस्थित थे।
