राज्य में राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति -2020 के पूर्ण क्रियान्वयन के लिए तेजी से प्रयास किये जाएं: सीएम
देहरादून। शिक्षा प्रणाली में गुणात्मक सुधार के साथ शिक्षा व्यवस्था को विद्यार्थी केन्द्रित बनाया जाए। गुणात्मक शिक्षा के साथ नैतिक शिक्षा पर भी विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। बालिका शिक्षा को प्रोत्साहित करने और स्कूलों से बालिकाओं के ड्रॉप आउट को कम करने के लिए आवासीय छात्रावासों को और अधिक बढ़ावा दिया जाए। बच्चों के स्कूल बैग का बोझ कम किया जाए। सप्ताह में बस्ता मुक्त दिवस पर विद्यार्थियों को नैतिकता पर आधारित शिक्षा प्रदान की जाए। यह निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री ने सचिवालय में विद्यालयी शिक्षा की समीक्षा के दौरान अधिकारियों को दिये। समीक्षा के दौरान सचिव शिक्षा द्वारा शिक्षकों के ट्रांसफर में आ रही विभिन्न कठिनाइयों तथा शिक्षा विभाग में ट्रांसफर प्रक्रिया के सरलीकरण के लिए बनाई जा रही नीति के बारे में जानकारी दी गई।मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि माध्यमिक शिक्षा में व्यावसायिक आधारित शिक्षा पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। यह सुनिश्चत किया जाए कि सभी स्कूलों में फर्नीचर की व्यवस्था पर्याप्त मात्रा में हो। स्कूलों में जहां-जहां संभव है, सोलर पैनल की व्यवस्था की जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा ट्रांसफर के सरलीकरण के लिए जो नीति बनाई जा रही है, कार्मिक विभाग के के स्तर पर उसका पूरा परीक्षण कर लिया जाए। राज्य हित में जो निर्णय सही होगा, वह किया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि सरकारी स्कूलों में शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार के लिए ऐसी व्यवस्थाएं बनायें, ताकि अभिभावक सरकारी स्कूलों में अपने बच्चों को प्रवेश दिलाने के लिए स्वयं प्रेरित हों। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति -2020 के पूर्ण क्रियान्वयन के लिए तेजी से प्रयास किये जाएं। स्मार्ट और वर्चुअल क्लास पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नवाचार को बढ़ावा देने के लिए राज्य में चलाई जा रही मुख्यमंत्री गौरवशाली भारत भ्रमण योजना के तहत मेधावी विद्यार्थियों और उत्कृष्ट शिक्षकों को प्रतिष्ठित वैज्ञानिक और तकनीकि संस्थानों में भ्रमण कराने की व्यवस्था का प्रभावी रूप से क्रियान्वयन किया जाए। छात्र शैक्षिक भ्रमण योजना के तहत प्रत्येक विकासखण्ड से 50 मेधावी भारत भ्रमण पर भेजे जायेंगे। जिसमें 50 प्रतिशत छात्राएं शामिल होंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री विद्यार्थी उपहार योजना के तहत कक्षा 01 से 12 तक के विद्यार्थियों के लिए निःशुल्क नोटबुक उपलब्ध कराई जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने विद्यालयों में समस्त भौतिक एवं मानव संसाधन उपलब्ध कराने, तकनीकी और डिजिटल शिक्षा, आवासीय छात्रावास, व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम और यातायात की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के लिए कलस्टर एवं पी.एम. स्कूलों की स्थापना पर विशेष ध्यान देने के निर्देश दिये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि हमारी विरासत के तहत उत्तराखण्ड के आन्दोलन का इतिहास, लोक संस्कृति के विभिन्न आयामों, भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा मूल्यों एवं संस्कृति तथा स्थानीयता को समाहित करते हुए छात्र-छात्राओं को इसकी अधिक से अधिक जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जाए।
