बार एसोसिएशन चुनाव – मतदान 23 दिसंबर
काशीपुर। बार एसोसिएशन के द्विवार्षिक चुनाव को लेकर पहले दिन अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष व आय-व्यय निरीक्षक पद पर दो-दो प्रत्याशियों ने नामांकन पत्र दाखिल किया जबकि सचिव पद के लिए कोई नामांकन पत्र नहीं आया। वहीं अन्य पदों के लिए एक-एक प्रत्याशी ने पर्चा भरा। बार एसोसिएशन के द्विवार्षिक चुनाव के लिए सोमवार को सुबह साढ़े दस बजे से शाम चार बजे तक नामांकन प्रक्रिया चली। अध्यक्ष पद के लिए अवधेश कुमार चौबे और विरेंद्र कुमार चौहान ने पर्चा भरा है। उपाध्यक्ष पद के लिए विधु शेखर शर्मा व अनूप शर्मा और आय-व्यय निरीक्षक पद के लिए गौरव रावत व संतोष श्रीवास्तव ने नामांकन किया है। उप सचिव पद के लिए सूरज कुमार और पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष पद के लिए सतपाल सिंह बल ने नामांकन पत्र भरा है। सचिव पद के लिए कोई नामांकन नहीं आया।
कार्यकारिणी सदस्य के लिए भी छह लोगों अमितेश सिसौदिया, सुखदेव सिंह, जसवंत सिंह, अर्पित सौदा, नरेश कुमार पाल व अमित कुमार गुप्ता ने नामांकन पत्र दाखिल किया। नामांकन पत्र भरने के दौरान चुनाव अधिकारी अधिवक्ता अंशुमान सिंह व आनंद स्वरूप रस्तोगी के अलावा सहायक चुनाव अधिकारी अनिल सहरावत और भूपेंद्र गहलोत मौजूद रहे। एसोसिएशन के विभिन्न पदों के लिए मतदान 23 दिसंबर को होगा और उसी दिन देर शाम तक विजयी पदाधिकारियों की घोषणा की जाएगी।
बार एसोसिएशन के चुनाव अधिकारी एडवोकेट अंशुमान सिंह व एडवोकेट आनंद स्वरूप रस्तोगी ने बताया कि 19 दिसंबर को भी सुबह 10.30 बजे से दोपहर दो बजे तक नामांकन पत्रों की बिक्री व नामांकन पत्र जमा किए जाएंगे। इसके बाद दोपहर 2 बजे से 3 बजे तक नामांकन पत्रों की जांच व आपत्ति दर्ज की जाएगी। दोपहर 3 बजे से शाम 4 बजे तक नाम वापसी की प्रक्रिया होगी। वहीं 20 दिसंबर को वैध प्रत्याशियों की सूची जारी कर दी जाएगी।
