रूद्रपुर। सचिव लोक निर्माण, औद्योगिक विकास ;खननद्ध आयुष एवं आयुष शिक्षा डाॅ0 पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय ने कलैक्टेªट सभागार में जल जीवन मिशन, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ;शहरी एवं ग्रामीणद्ध, एनआरएलएम, राष्ट्रीय शहरी आजीविका मिशन, हर खेत को पानी, पीएम पोषण मिशन, प्रधानमंत्री कौशल योजना अन्तर्गत संचालित कार्यक्रमों की व्यापक समीक्षा बैठक ली। उन्होने सम्बन्धित विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि योजना की मूल भावना के अनुरूप कार्य करें न की सिर्फ लक्ष्य प्राप्ति के लिये। उन्होने कहा कि जनता को सुगमता से योजना का लाभ मिले इस प्रकार से कार्य करें। डाॅ0 पाण्डेय ने जल जीवन मिशन योजना की समीक्षा के दौरान कहा कि पेय जल योजना इस लिये बनायी गयी है कि जनता को सुगमता से शु( पीने का पानी मिल सकें, न कि योजना से किसी को परेशानियों का सामना कराना पड़े। उन्होने अधिशासी अभियन्ता जल निगम को निर्देश दिये कि जिन क्षेत्रों में पेय जल के कार्य किये जा रहे है उन क्षेत्रों में पानी की पाईप लाइन डाल कर शीघ्रता से टेस्टिंग कर सड़क को ठीक कर दे ताकि जनता को परेशानियों का सामना न करना पड़े। उन्होने अधिशासी अभियन्ता पेय जल को निर्देश देते हुये कहा कि यदि किसी जगह पर सड़क बनने वाली है या विद्युत के कार्य होने है तो सम्बन्धित विभाग के साथ समन्वय बनाते हुये कार्य करें जिससे कि सड़क बनने के बाद सड़क खोद कर बनाने से सरकारी पैसे की बर्वादी न हो। उन्होने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना की समीक्षा के दौरान कहा कि अधिकारीगण क्षेत्र में भ्रमण पर जाते है तो यह देखे कि वास्तव में यदि कोई गरीब है और उसके पास पक्का घर नही है तो उसको प्राथमिकता में रखते हुये उसे आवास के साथ-साथ अन्य योजना से भी लाभान्वित करने का प्रयास करें। प्रधानमंत्री कृषि सिंचाई योजना की समीक्षा के दौरान डाॅ0 पाण्डेय ने कहा कि किसानों खेतों में सिंचाई के लिये यदि कही पक्की गूल बनायी जा रही है तो इसका विशेष ध्यान रखे कि गूल निर्माण होने से अधिक से अधिक कृषि भूमि सिंचित हो सकें। उन्होने लघु सिंचाई व कृषि विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि हर खेत को पानी के अन्तर्गत आपस में समन्वय बनाते हुये कार्य करें जिससे कि सिंचन क्षमता बढ़े। प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना की समीक्षा के दौरान डाॅ0 पाण्डेय ने जिला सेवा योजन अधिकारी को निर्देश दिये कि औद्योगिक संस्थानों की आवश्यकता एवं मार्केट के अनुरूप युवाओं को प्रशिक्षित करें जिससे कि युवाओं को स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार मिल सकंे और मार्केट के अनुरूप अपना स्वरोजगार भी कर सकें। हेल्थ मिशन की समीक्षा के दौरान उन्होने स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, बाल विकास विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि एनेमिया मुक्त भारत को ध्यान में रखते हुये आपस में समन्वय स्थापित कर योजना बनाकर कार्य करें जिससे कि छोटे-छोटे बच्चों, छात्रों को सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर दी जाने वाली आवश्यक दवाईयां सभी को उपलब्ध हो सकें। उन्होने कृषि विभाग के अधिकारी को निर्देश दिये कि ऐसी योजना बनाकर कार्य करें जिससे कि किसानों को समय पर बीज, खाद व दवायईयां मिलें जिससे कि सरकारी योजनाओं पर किसानों को पूरा भरोसा हो सकें। उन्होने कहा कि यह जनपद औद्योगिक व कृषि के क्षेत्र में एक अग्रणी जनपद है इसी के अनुरूप योजना बनाकर कार्य करें जिससे कि अधिक से अधिक लोगों को योजनाओं से लाभ मिल सकें। जिलाधिकरी उदयराज सिंह ने बताया कि जल जीवन मिशन योजना के अन्तर्गत जो भी कार्य किये जा रहे है उसका बैठक कर 15 दिन के भीतर प्लान तैयार कर कार्य कर लिये जायेगें। उन्होने कहा कि आज बैठक में जो भी निर्देश दिये गये है उसका समयब( तरीके से योजना बनाकर कार्य किया जायेगा। बैठक में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी विशाल मिश्रा, अपर जिलाधिकारी जय भारत सिंह, पीडी हिमांशु जोशी, उप जिलाधिकारी मनीष बिष्ट, एसीएमओ डाॅ0 हरेन्द्र मलिक, मुख्य कृषि अधिकारी एके वर्मा, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी आरसी आर्या, मुख्य उद्यान अधिकारी भावना जोशी, उप निदेशक खनन दिनेश कुमार, जिला अर्थ एवं संख्याधिकारी नफील जीमल, जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी उदय प्रताप सिंह, सहायक निदेशक मत्स्य संजय कुमार छिम्वाल, अधिशासी अभियन्ता पेय जल मृदुला सिंह, अधिशासी अभियन्ता लघु सिंचाई सुशील कुमार, अधिशासी अभियन्ता पेय जल निगम खटीमा पीएस चैधरी, जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी विपिन कुमार, जिला आपदा प्रबन्धन अधिकारी उमाशंकर नेगी आदि सम्बन्धित विभाग के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
