काशीपुर। ग्राम रामसराय उर्फ नगला पोस्ट गढ़ी छजलैट थाना कांठ जिला मुरादाबाद यूपी निवासी संतोष कुमारी पत्नी हरस्वरूप सिंह ने अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्टेट काशीपुर की अदालत ने धारा 156(3) सीआरपीसी के तहत प्रार्थनापत्र देकर कहा कि बीती 21 मार्च को उसका पुत्र गौरव अपनी बहन को छोड़ने पीपलसाना धामपुर बाइक से गया था। सायंकाल फोन कर उसने बताया कि वह गांव के ही अपने दोस्त व पार्टनर वेद प्रकाश पुत्र रघुवीर के साथ कहीं जा रहा है और अगले दिन वापस आ जायेगा, किन्तु गौरव घर नहीं लौटा। अलबत्ता सूचना मिली की उसका शव काशीपुर में रामनगर रोड पर एसआरएफ फैक्ट्री के पास रेलवे टैक से पुलिस ने बरामद किया है। संतोष कुमारी के मुताबिक गौरव व वेदप्रकाश के बीच करीब दो लाख रूपये लेन-देन का विवाद चल रहा था। आरोप है कि इसके चलते वेद प्रकाश ने गौरव की हत्या कर दी। पत्र का संज्ञान लेती अदालत ने पुलिस को रिपोर्ट दर्ज करने के आदेश दिये। अदालत के आदेश पर पुलिस ने आरोपी वेद प्रकाश के खिलाफ धारा 302 आईपीसी के तहत केस दर्ज कर विवेचना शुरू कर दी है।
