देहरादून। पुष्कर सिंह धामी सीएम पद संभालने के बाद सोमवार को पहली बार अल्मोड़ा पहुंचे। उन्होंने जन आशीर्वाद रैली के तहत ऐतिहासिक रैमजे इंटर कॉलेज में आयोजित जनसभा को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि अल्मोड़ा प्रदेश की सांस्कृतिक राजधानी होने के साथ ही सबसे महत्वपूर्ण और ऐतिहासिक नगर है। उन्होंने कहा है कि उनका प्रयास अल्मोड़ा को रेल से जोड़ने का होगा। यहां के विकास के लिए सरकार कोई कोर कसर बाकी नहीं रखेगी। जन समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए सरकार पूरी तरह तत्पर है। किसी भी समस्या का सरलीकरण और समाधान के बाद उसका निस्तारण किया जाएगा। सीएम ने कहा कि प्रदेश में नौकरशाही हावी है इस मिथक को तोड़ा गया है। शासन-प्रशासन में योग्यता के आधार पर व्यापक फेरबदल कर इसको जवाबदेह बनाया गया है।सरकार खाली घोषणा नहीं बल्कि शासनादेश जारी कर रही है। धामी ने कहा कि पिछले 60 दिनों में 150 से अधिक फैसले लिए गए हैं। इनमें से अधिकांश का धरातल पर अमल हो रहा है, शेष का जल्दी हो जाएगा। अधिकारियों से प्रात:10 से 12 तक दफ्तर में रहने तथा तहसील दिवसों को सक्रिय किया गया है। हर स्तर पर कर्मचारी और अधिकारी की जिम्मेदारी तय है।
