खेत पर चारा लेने गई महिलाओं के साथ मारपीट करने के मामले में पीड़ित की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने 3 लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी l
सुरजयनगर चौकी क्षेत्र के गांव नाजरपुर पट्टी निवासी ओंमराज सिंह पुत्र टिम्पल सिंह ने पुलिस को दी तहरीर में कहा कि भूमिधर किसान है ।गांव के संजय पुत्र सोनू नितिन पुत्र गण विक्रम सिंह उसकी खेती की मुंह पर अवैध कब्जा करने को लेकर प्रार्थी को परेशान कर रहे हैं । प्रार्थी की पत्नी पुत्र वधू धर्मवती व बेटी नेहा खेत पर पशुओं का चारा लेने गई थी इसी दौरान उपरोक्त तीनों व्यक्ति अपने हाथों में लाठी-डंडे ईट लेकर आ गए प्रार्थी की पत्नी प्रभा दुबे बेटी को गालियां देने लगे । उन्हें गाली देने का विरोध किया तो इन लोगों ने लाठी-डंडों से मारपीट शुरू कर दी ईट लगने से पुत्रवधू की चूड़ियां मोल गई | तीनों के काफी गुम चोट आई और मचाने पर आसपास के लोगों ने मौके पर पहुंचकर आरोपियों से बचाया | आरोपी जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए फरार हो गए I पीड़ित की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने 3 लोगों के विरुद्ध विभिन्न धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी |
