काशीपुर। ग्राम पच्चावाला निवासी गुरदेव सिंह पुत्र सुरैन सिंह ने पुलिस में तहरीर देकर बताया कि बीती 5 जनवरी को वह अपने पुत्र साहब सिंह के साथ उसकी मोटरसाइकिल पर बैठकर अपने गांव से काशीपुर जा रहा था, कि कुण्डेश्वरी रोड पर आरटीओ आॅफिस से कुछ पहले काशीपुर की तरफ से आती मोटरसाईकिल संख्या यूए-06/एफ-4803 के चालक ओमप्रकाशपुत्र मोतीलाल निवासी ग्राम लक्ष्मीपुर मेहतावन थाना बाजपुर ने मेरे पुत्र साहब सिंह की मोटरसाईकिल में टक्कर मार दी, जिससे मैं उछलकर रोड की कच्ची साईड में तथा साहब सिंह रोड की पक्की साईड में गिर गया। साहब सिंह के जबड़े व गर्दन में गम्भीर खुली चोटें लगी और मोटरसाईकिल भी टूट गयी। घायल साहब सिंह को 108 एम्बुलेन्स से सरकारी अस्पताल ले जाया गया। प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद रेफर करने पर उसे जसपुर बस स्टैण्ड के निकट स्थित निजी हाॅस्पिटल ले गये। यहां से भी रैफर करने पर विवेकानन्द अस्पताल मुरादाबाद में भर्ती कराया गया। जहां 15 जनवरी को दौराने ईलाज उसकी मृत्यु हो गयी। तहरीर के आधार पर पुलिस ने आरोपी ओमप्रकाश के खिलाफ धारा 279/304 ए आईपीसी के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।
