देहरादून। महानिदेशक सूचना उत्तराखंड बंशीधर तिवारी ने कहा कि पत्रकार और सूचना विभाग एक ही सिक्के के दो पहलू है। दोनों को एक दूसरे की समस्याओ के समाधान के लिए सदैव आगे रहना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि पत्रकार अपनी किसी भी समस्या को लेकर किसी भी वक्त उनसे मिल सकते हैं।
तिवारी ने ये बात उत्तराखंड पत्रकार यूनियन के जिला देहरादून के सम्मेलन में कही।
उत्तरांचल प्रेस क्लब में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने कहा कि पत्रकार जनहित से जुड़े मुद्दों को प्रमुखता से उठाते हैं। शासन और प्रशासन भी उनका संज्ञान लेकर निराकरण की कोशिशपांच वरिष्ठ करते हैं। पत्रकारों का दायित्व भी कभी कम नहीं रहा। सूचना और पत्रकारों का अटूट रिश्ता है। विभाग की तरफ से कोशिश की जाती है कि पत्रकारों की हर समस्या का निराकरण किया जा सके। इस मौके पर यूनियन के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष भपेंद्र सिंह कंडारी ने कहा कि यूनियन की सभी जिला इकाईं और तहसील इकाईं पत्रकारों के हितों के लिए काम कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि यूनियन की कोशिश रहती है कि सूचना विभाग व पत्रकारों के बीच बहेतर सवांद स्थापित किया जा सके।
इस दौरान यूनियन के जिला अध्यक्ष संतोष चमोली की ओर से महानिदेशक सूचना को 11 सूत्रीय मांग पत्र दिया गया। इस अवसर पर पत्रकारिता के क्षेत्र में अतुल्य योगदान के लिए पांच वरिष्ठ वयोवृद्ध पत्रकारों को वरिष्ठ पत्रकार सम्मान से समान्नित किया गया। इनमें आरपी नैनवाल, डीएस कुँवर, उपेंद्र शर्मा, गोविंद कप्टियाल, सुनील पांधी शामिल रहे।
जिला सम्मेलन के सफल आयोजन के लिए यूनियन के प्रांतीय संघटन मंत्री विनोद पुंडीर, जिला संघटन मंत्री दरबान सिंह, किशोर रावत और चन्द्रकान्त पुरोहित को सम्मानित किया गया।
प्रांतीय महामंत्री हरीश जोशी के संचालन में आयोजित सम्मेलन में यूनियन के सरंक्षक नवीन थलेड़ी, प्रेस क्लब के अध्यक्ष जितेंद्र अंथवाल, प्रेस क्लब के पूर्व अध्यक्ष विकास धुलिया और दर्शन सिंह रावत, प्रेस क्लब के महामंत्री ओपी बेंजवाल, पूर्व महामंत्री संजय घिल्डियाल, सतीश शर्मा, देवेंद्र नेगी, मनमीत रावत, तिलक राज, यूनियन के कोषाध्यक्ष राजेश बड़थ्वाल, मीना नेगी, केएस बिष्ट, इंद्रदेव रतूड़ी, शूरवीर सिंह सजवाण, विजेंद्र पुंडीर, दिनेश जोशी, परवीन बहुगुणा, सरिता नेगी, गीता मिश्रा के आलवा मसूरी, विकासनगर और हरिद्वार की इकाईं के पदाधिकारियों ने भी भागीदारी की।
