देहरादून । घूसखोरी के मामले में राज्य कर आयुक्त ने की बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। राज्य कर अधिकारी अनिल कुमार को बर्खास्त कर दिया गया है। वह पहले भी गिरफ्तार हुए थे, लेकिन जमानत पर रिहाई के बाद दोबारा सेवाएं दे रहे थे।
साल 2020 में राज्य माल और सेवा कर विभाग (स्टेट जीएसटी) में भ्रष्टाचार का सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया था। देहरादून के आशारोड़ी चेकपोस्ट (मोबाइल दस्ता) पर तैनात एक अधिकारी पर एक मालवाहक को रुकवाकर जबरन वसूली करने का आरोप लगा था। अधिकारी ने एक खाते में भी 20 हजार रुपये की रकम भी डलवाई थी। माल मंगाने वाले हनुमान चैक के कारोबारी ने मामले में सीएम पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी।
सीएम पोर्टल पर व्यापारी अनिल माटा की ओर से दर्ज शिकायत में लिखा था कि 15 फरवरी को उन्होंने हिसार से अस्पतालों में कूड़े में प्रयुक्त होने वाले थैले मंगाए थे। उनका मालवाहक वाहन (एचआर 39सी 7088) देर रात आशारोड़ी चेकपोस्ट पर पहुंचा, तब वहां तैनात एक अधिकारी ने वाहन को रुकवा दिया। माल ई-वे बिल पर मंगाया जा रहा था। हालांकि, तय समय (रात एक बजकर 30 मिनट) तक ई-वे बिल का पार्ट-बी फाइल नहीं था। माल भेजने वाले कारोबारी ने तड़के तीन बजे के आसपास इस भी अपडेट कर दिया।
आरोप है कि इसके बाद भी संबंधित अधिकारी ने वाहन नहीं छोड़ा था और वाहन चालक की जेब से जबरन 9500 रुपये निकाल लिए थे। साथ ही और पैसे की मांग की गई थी। चालक ने माल भेजने वाले कारोबारी को फोन कर पूरी स्थिति बताकर माल भेजने वाले कारोबारी से भी अधिकारी की बात कराई थी। कारोबारी ने कहा कि चालक के पास और पैसे नहीं हैं, तब अधिकारी ने एक बैंक अकाउंट नंबर दे दिया था। कारोबारी ने अकाउंट नंबर पर आनलाइन माध्यम से 20 हजार रुपये ट्रांसफर किए थे। तब जाकर अधिकारी ने वाहन को आगे जाने दिया था।
