काशीपुर । फर्जी चैक देने के दो विभिन्न मामलों में कोर्ट ने तीन लोगों के विरूद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज करने के आदेश दिए हैं।
शिवनगर निवासी राकेश कुमार वर्मा पुत्र बलदेव राज वर्मा ने अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट को दो प्राbर्थना पत्र दिये। प्रार्थना पत्रों में उसने कहा कि वर्ष 2020 में गुलाब सिंह पुत्र दिलबाग सिंह निवासी चीमा चौराहा ने उसे तीन लाख रूपये और एक लाख रुपये के दो चैक दिये । गुलाब सिंह ने उसे जो चैक दिये वह गुलाब सिंह के खाते के न होकर दिलबाग सिंह व सुरजीत कौर के खाते के थे। जबकि चैक पर गुलाब सिंह ने खुद के हस्ताक्षर कर रखे थे। इस फर्जीवाड़े की तहरीर लेकर राकेश वर्मा काशीपुर कोतवाली में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराने गया लेकिन उसकी सुनवाई नहीं हुई। बाद में एस एस पी ऊधमसिंहनगर को भी मामले की शिकायत की। दोनों जगहों से कोई सुनवाई न होने पर उसने अपने अधिवक्ता अमरीश अग्रवाल व मुनिदेव विश्नोई के माध्यम से धारा 156(3) में न्यायालय में केस दायर किया।
न्यायालय में बहस के दौरान अधिवक्ताओं ने तर्क दिया कि यह मामला धारा 138 एन आई एक्ट के तहत नहीं आता है क्योंकि इस मामले में जालसाजी हुई है। अधिवक्ता के तर्क सुनने के बाद न्यायालय ने गुलाब, दिलबाग सिंह व सुरजीत कौर के विरूद्ध एफआईआर दर्ज करने का काशीपुर कोतवाल को आदेश दिया है।
