डबल इंजन सरकार करेगी जम्मू कश्मीर का कायाकल्पः महाराज
देहरादून। जम्मू कश्मीर का कायाकल्प डबल इंजन की सरकार ही कर सकती है। डबल इंजन की सरकार के कारण जैसे उत्तराखंड का चहुंमुखी विकास हो रहा है और हमारा पर्यटन लगातार बढ़ रहा है। हमारे यहां पर्यटकों के साथ-साथ चारधाम यात्रा पर लाखों श्रद्धालु आ रहे हैं। जम्मू-कश्मीर भी एक पर्यटन प्रदेश है। यहां भी बड़ी संख्या में पर्यटक आयें और राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्था मजबूत हो। इसलिए विधानसभा चुनाव में भाजपा को जिताकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के हाथों को मजबूत करें। उक्त बात प्रदेश पर्यटन, लोक निर्माण, सिंचाई, पंचायतीराज, ग्रामीण निर्माण, जलागम, धर्मस्व एवं संस्कृति मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने रविवार को जम्मू कश्मीर विधानसभा चुनाव में गुलाबगढ़ पाडर-नागसेनी विधानसभा से भाजपा प्रत्याशी सुनील शर्मा के समर्थन में आयोजित जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए कही। उन्होंने कहा कि जम्मू-कश्मीर से धारा 370 और 35-। हटने के बाद यह प्रदेश देश के साथ विकास की राह पर आगे बढ़ रहा है। अलगाववादियों का जनाधार समाप्त हुआ और पत्थरबाजों पर भी शत प्रतिशत अंकुश लगा है। उन्होंने कहा कि धारा 370 हटाने पर दूसरे देशों को ज्यादा सोचने की आवश्यकता नहीं है क्योंकि यह हमारा आंतरिक मामला था हमें उसकी जरूरत नहीं थी इसलिए हमने उसे हटा दिया। महाराज ने कहा कि नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के प्रयासों से घाटी में शांति और सुरक्षा का नया वातावरण बना है। जम्मू कश्मीर एक नई ऊंचाइयों पर पहुंच रहा है। पीडीपी, नेशनल कांफ्रेंस और कांग्रेस ने अपने फायदे के लिए जम्मू कश्मीर को देश की मुख्य धारा से अलग रखने के साथ साथ स्वार्थ की राजनीति के चलते हमेशा इस राज्य में आतंकवाद और अलगाव को सुलगाये रखा। लेकिन आर्टिकल 370 और 35-। हटने के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के प्रयासों से घाटी में शांति और सुरक्षा का नया वातावरण बना है। जम्मू कश्मीर नई ऊंचाइयों पर पहुंच रहा है। अलगाववादियों का जनाधार खत्म होता जा रहा है। मोदी सरकार के कार्यकाल में जितनी उन्नति और प्रगति जम्मू कश्मीर की हुई है, उतनी पिछली किसी भी सरकार के समय में नहीं हुई। महाराज ने कहा कि केन्द्र की मोदी सरकार ने सबका साथ, सबका विकास और सबका विश्वास की मदद से शांति और विकास का एक नया अध्याय लिखा। जम्मू कश्मीर के 72.41 लाख लोगों को गरीब कल्याण योजना के तहत निरूशुल्क राशन का वितरण किया जा रहा है। समग्र कृषि विकास कार्यक्रम के तहत आज जम्मू कश्मीर के किसानों के लिए 5000 करोड़ की योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं। राज्य में 2,71000 से अधिक परिवारों को पक्के मकानों की सौगात दी है। महिलाओं के विकास और रोजगार हेतु राज्य में दीनदयाल अंत्योदय योजना राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका योजना के तहत 84400 स्वयं सहायता समूहों को 290 करोड़ की धनराशि उपलब्ध करवाई गई है। इससे प्रदेश की 07 लाख महिलाएं 90,000 स्वयं सहायता समूह के साथ काम कर लखपति दीदी बनने का सपना साकार करने में लगी हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार जहां प्रदेश में विकास के नित नये प्रतिमान स्थापित कर रही है वहीं पूर्ववर्ती फारुख अब्दुल्ला की सरकार जब 2001 में राज्य में रोशनी कानून लेकर आई तो इसमें पिता-पुत्र दोनों की जोड़ी ने मिलकर 25000 करोड़ का भारी-भरकम घोटाला किया। इतना ही नहीं इस घोटाले के कथित अवैध लाभार्थियों में पीडीपी अध्यक्ष, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री महबूबा मुफ्ती और सज्जद अहमद किचलू भी शामिल थे। पीडीपी, कांग्रेस और नेशनल कांफ्रेंस ने दशकों तक जम्मू कश्मीर को अपने आमदनी का जरिया बनाए रखा। जबकि मोदी सरकार ने धारा 370 हटाने के बाद जम्मू कश्मीर में 84000 करोड़ से भी अधिक का निवेश किया है। हमारी सरकार ने जम्मू कश्मीर के समग्र विकास के लिए एक नई पहल शुरू की है। यह विकास जातिवाद धर्म और अमीर-गरीब के भेदभाव से दूर है। अनुच्छेद 370 हटाने के बाद प्रदेश में विकास और उन्नति का एक नया दौर आया है।
