पुलिस कांस्टेबल की मदद से खुलेआम ढेला नदी से ग्राम समाज की भूमि से खुलेआम अवैध खनन कराया जा रहा है l शिकायत के बाद भी पुलिस द्वारा अवैध खनन कारोबारी व पुलिस कर्मी के विरुद्ध कोई भी कानूनी कार्यवाही नहीं की गई l जिसको लेकर थाना क्षेत्र के गांव मिलकपुर गुमानी निवासी दीपक कुमार पुत्र खुशीराम ने उप जिलाधिकारी को दिए शिकायती पत्र में कहा है कि एक व्यक्ति उनके गांव के हल्के का एक पुलिसकर्मी अवैध खनन कारोबारी से हम साज हैं | प्रतिदिन सवेरे 4:00 बजे तक पुलिस कर्मी के सहयोग से ढेला नदी स्थित ग्राम समाज की भूमि से अवैध खनन किया जा रहा है | जिसकी पूर्व में शिकायत होने पर उप जिला अधिकारी ने कोतवाली प्रभारी से अवैध खनन रुकवाने में कारोबारी के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही करने की मांग की थी I जिस पर मौके पर हल्का लेखपाल ने भी जाकर जांच पड़ताल कर अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रेषित कर दी | के बावजूद भी अवैध खनन जारी है | ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि पुलिसकर्मी प्रतिदिन अवैध खनन करने वालों के पास आता जाता है । दोनों के विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्रवाई किए जाने की मांग की है I जबकि एक महीना पूर्व खनन को लेकर बवाल भी हुआ था |
