देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि अफगानिस्तान से भारतीयों की सकुशल वापसी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के कुशल नेतृत्व से ही संभव हो पाई है। मजबूत लीडरशिप के कारण हमारे लोग विदेशों में सुरक्षित हैं।जनता मिलन हॉल में मुख्यमंत्री ने अफगानिस्तान से सकुशल लौटे 56 उत्तराखंडियों का स्वागतकर लोगों के कठिन संघर्ष को सराहा। सीएम ने कहा कि अफगानिस्तान से उत्तराखंडियों की सकुशल वापसी के लिए वे लगातार प्रयासरत रहे हैं। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, विदेश मंत्री एस. जयशंकर और राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजीत डोभाल का भी आभार जताया। गोर्खाली सुधार सभा के पदाधिकारियों ने इस दौरान सीएम को विभिन्न समस्याओं से जुड़ा ज्ञापन सौंपा। इस अवसर पर विशेष सचिव डॉ. पराग मधुकर धकाते, डीएम आर. राजेश कुमार, एसएसपी डॉ. योगेंद्र सिंह रावत, संयोजक चेतन गुरुंग, कैंट वार्ड के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष विष्णु गुप्ता, गोर्खाली सुधार सभा की पुष्पा, सुधा, उमा आदि थे। उधर सीएम ने कहा कि अब तक 400 से अधिक लोगों की उत्तराखंड वापसी हो चुकी है। इन लोगों के स्वास्थ्य और रोजगार के लिए रास्ता तलाशा जाएगा। कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि वे अफगानिस्तान में फंसे लोगों के परिवार के संपर्क में रहे।
